Petty repairs to joinery works such as easing of doors, windows, kitchen cabinets , refixing builder hardware gauge etc by providing glue nails and screws to the satisfaction of user and rectifying other misc minor carpentary works assigned by the Engneer In Charge. (Note : Replacement of builders hardware if required shall be measured and paid separately.)

Petty repairs to plumbing/internal water supply works such as repair to leaking bib taps, pillar taps, mixers, stop cocks by tightening and providing washer repair to float valves, low level cistern by mixture adjustments leaking water supply lines by tightening the GI fitting or refixing water supply or sanitary fixtures using thread/teflon taps and including small GI fittings such as GI elbow, socket, union etc as required at site to the satisfaction of user as assigned by the Engneer In Charge. (Note : Replacement of fittings and fixture like Bib tap, Piller Tap etc. if required shall be measured and paid separately.)

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etccomplete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar , incl all quions, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning blockages from Nahani trap to Gully trap by Roding etc and cleaning the sludge from NT taking up and refixing the grating in CM (1:3) including testing by pouring the water until smooth flow, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Payment of blockage shall not be paid again for the NT to GT if the blockage occurs with in a period of 1 month.

Cleaning of blockages from Gully trap to 1st Manhole length of sewer line not exceed 5m by roding etc and cleaning all sludge from Gully trap to 1st Manhole including pouring water until the smooth flow and necessary earth work and disposed of sludge etc complete all as directed. Note:- Payment of blockage shall not be paid again if the blockage occurs with in a period of 1 month.

Cleaning blockages from water closet including cleaning the soil pipe (for 1St to 6th floor) by removing the access door cover in the bend and refixing it after cleaning the pipe, pouring water until smooth flow including necessary earth work and making good damages if any to plinth protection Manhole etc., all as directed. Note:- Payment of blockage shall not be paid again if the blockage occurs with in a period of 1 month.

Demolition of existing SWSG gully trap including PCC kerb etc and supply and fix SWG gully trap square mouthed 100mm size set in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 block measuring 450mm and 100mm thick bed concrete and jointing to drain pipe in CM (1:1) including 100x150mm high PCC kerb in (1:2:4) type B1 with CI perforated grating 150x150mm bituminous coated including disposal of waste/sludge complete all as directed.

Demolition of PCC around floor trap and dismantling existing floor trap and cleaning the blockage of pipe from floor trap to gully trap and supply and fix PVC floor/Nahani trap in existing pipe and embedding in CM (1:1) including lowering or raising with vertical piece with PVC pipe for jointing trap and fixing gratings at true level of floor complete all as directed.

Removing / Bailing of sewage water the septic tank of various capacities and disposal outside MD land including cutting and removing all vegetable growth plants etc in around septic tank and filter bed etc and removing debris outside MD land.

Removal/taking out of sludge muck consisting of loose aggregate sediments mud etc from filter bed and refilling the same after cleaning/washing into the filter bed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.50 mtr deep and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Excavation in trenches but exceeding 1.5m deep and not exceeding 3.00m deep getting out in hard/dense soil.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceed 50m and not exceeding 100m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point.

Use and waste the form work to Formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footings, bases of columns, rafts & rafts beams, sides & soffits (if any) of foundation & plinth beams; & similar work; vertical or to batter fair finished surface.

Material and Labour for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally or hoping for columns, hooking ends & binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.
