DSL BUSBAR SYSTEM FOR CANE UNLOADER

SUPPLY OF DSL (Down Shop Lead) Busbar system for main power supply of all three nos of cane unloaders of sugar mill plant having bay length 60 Mtrs work comprised of supply of all material specification as under Bay length- 60 Mtrs

Bill of Material:- (i) Supply of brackets made of M.S. angle 50x50x6mm1500mm long- 42 Nos (Approx)

(ii) Supply of Power line(Busbar) make of M.S angle 40x40x5mm for 03 nos Phase having length 60 Mtrs each

(iii) Fabrication Erection and commissioning of Busbar system at each cane unloader

(iv) Current collector for each cane unloader-14 nos (Approx)

(v)Supply of suitable nos of fasteners (bolt & nut), washer, insulator for 60 Mtr bay length three phase DSL & Busbar etc.

(vi) Supply for current collectorsto main switch (03 nos) for bridges including suitable quantity of cable.

Note:- (i) Above work consist of complete supply, Erection, Commissioning and satisfactory Trials. (ii) Erection & Commissioning is a pant of above work.
