| 1 | Comprehensive maintenance of Electro Chlorinator plant of capacity 3 Kg/Hr - 02 Nos installed at Mansa Devi Pump house and 0.5 Kg/Hr - 01 Nos installed at Main Pump house comprising Monthly Inspection and servicing by OEM rep/mechanic of manufacturer or Authorised dealer including servicing and submit its report for serviceability of both the electrochlorinator plant on monthly basis. First such inspection and servicing shall be carried out within 15 days from the date of commencement of work given in work order No 01.
Note :- (1) Replacement of parts whenever required to keep the plant functional except minor items (relay & Fuse) shall be measured and paid separately as S & F in this BoQ.
(2) The comprehensive maintenance will also include checking entire system as per maufacture maintenance manual such as checking all parts for serviceability, repair/replacement/ adjustment of complete plant.
(3) Contractor should ensure that the plants will always in working condition, all the parts are functional.
(4) On breakdown of the plants, aciton for rectification of defect/ nonfunctional by the rep of OEM within 24 Hrs. If not attended the compliant penalty @ Rs 1000 per day will be recovered from contractor. | 9 | Per Months | - | - |
