Taking out Vertical Turbine pump set of capacity 50 HP from existing position for carring out repair works and re-assembling, re-installing the pump set in original position including transportion to workshop and back for re-insatallation at its original position. Note :- Spare parts, winding wire etc required for renewal shall be measured and paid separately.

De-coupling the turbine pump from the motor for carring out repair works and re-assembling, re-installing the motor at its original position including transportion to workshop and back, rewinding of motor same gauge with super enamelled copper wire including removing burnt winding cleaning of slotes separation of rotor and startor making insulation to all joint and replacement of existing U/S Parts complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only the following spare parts in repair for Turbine motor and pump set 50 HP (Make - Kirloskar) :-

CI collar for Ms shaft as per sample

Pump shaft (Min 3 Meter long) of mild steel with MS socket complete with threading, machining and groove cutting with shaft key.

Taking down Centrifugal pump set of capacity 50HP from existing position for carring out repair works and re-assembling, re-installing the pump set in original position including transportation to workshop and back for the following model of pump. De-coupling the centrifugal pump from the motor of cap 50HP for carring out repair works and re-assembling, re-installing the motor original position including transportion to workshop and back, rewinding of motor with same gauge with super enamelled copper wire including removing burnt winding cleaning of slotes seperation of rotor and startor making insulation to all joint and replacement of existing U/S Parts complete all as specified and directed .

Disconnecting of electric cable from the panel board and taking out burnt submersible pumping set of capacty 30HP by using chain pulley arrangement from under ground tank by dismentling 150 mm dia CI column pipe and transporation of pumping set to civil work shop for repair and return to store after repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

De-coupling the pump from the motor and opening of submersible pump set of cap 30HP for repair and replacement of u/s parts i.e bearing bush, bearing sleeve, existing impelier, bush, coupling, shaft sleeve, nut etc including re-fixing of all the same and testing and commissioning complete all as directed.

Rewinding of submersible motor of cap 30HP with super enamelled copper wire including removing burnt winding cleaning of slotes sepration of rotor and startor making insulation to all joint and replacement of the u/s parts of motor i.e. bearing, bush, balancing ring, jointing kit, oil seal etc. and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down electric induction motor (squirrel cage type 3 phase, 415 volt with drive pully) from the base, dismantling the motor, removing all burnt wires from the slots, cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with suitable gauge super enamelled copper wire, heating, varnishing with proper grade varnish, refixing of bearings with proper alignment of shaft, re-assembling properly and testing complete and re-fixing in position complete for the following capacity :-

M & L for periodical servicing of motor pumps of capacity 15/20 HP which includes strip opening of end plates cleaning of bearing housing with K-oil refilling with superior quality grease realignment of motor pump with water level complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Servicing will be done as per set periodicity of one month. Each service per motor pump to be measured and paid one unit.

Painting of centrifugal pumping set of cap of following cap including suction and discharge pipe line including valve controls with scrapping the existing paint with wire brush and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled spray paint after making good to existing painted surfaces.

Supply and fix in repair of three phase openwell submersible pump set of cap 30HP/ 22 KW, 2900 RPM, 415 Volts, 50 Hz head not less than 60 mtr discharge of pumping set min 780 LPM and max 2640 LPM, outlet 75/100 mm dia including addition and alteration of work for installing commisssioning and testing complete all as specified and directed.
