Smart Care Preapply HDPE 80 for Raft and Uncofined Retaining Walls 1- Supplying and Installing of Asian Paints Smarteare 1.20 mm thick pro applied HDPE fully bonded membrane or equivalent make having puncture resistance of HOON as per ASIMI 154), tensile strength of 21 Mpa, and hydrostatic head resistance not less than zom water head as per ASTM D 545 elongation of 500% as per ASTM D412, peel adhesion to concrete of 1200 N/m as per ASTM D 901, Lap peel adhesion 450N/m as per ASTM D1876. The size of the membrane should be 1.2m x 20m. Providing and applying external mineral cement plaster with natural concrete & stone look of KEMTEX - ARAVA SERIES as detailed below i) Using a trowel, apply an initial coat of 1-3mm (depending on substrate), flatten, and smooth out the coat in a uniform manner.Leave 24hour to dry. ii) Using a trowel,apply a second coat approximately 1.5mm. Remove any excess to receive a uniform coating and wait for it to partially dry.For the best result, the material should be slightly moist before the final application.To Receive a smooth appearance, work with a trowel at 45 degree angle to smooth out and compress the material. Flatness and Sag limit: Panels shall be flattened by precision leveller to minimize sag to less than Length/400mm. The difference between the two diagonal dimensions of the panel to be less than 1mm. The sag to be measured at the center in accordance with TAIM standards. Access and Plenum space: The panels to be Fully Accessible, with system height of 98mm, and would require a plenum height of a minimum 450mm clear space from bare ceiling / rigid structure for installation. Packaging: The Panels shall be packed in wooden crates of appropriate dimensions based on panel sizes. The wooden planks for rates shall have thickness of approx.15mm, width of around 4‖ and gap between two planks around 3‖. Crates to have layer separators of 1‖ x 2‖ dimensions to prohibit load transfer on bottom panels, and the crates lifting to be 2way or 4way.
