M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair on walls in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block any shape conform to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL:- M&L for PCC type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mmgraded aggregade) as a copping in lintel upto1.5 clear span cills,steps and other bands and water troughs and like includung weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throting, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using for extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc

M&L for precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in cover slab for man hole and similar article with plain face and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars of 150 mm bore

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 concrete bed to drain pipes includind packing under ,and hunching against the side of pipes after they are laid and tested,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size complete of size 1,2m dia X 3m deep, complete all as specified on technical drawing and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for 10 users capacity on site Hume Pipe septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, Vent shaft, connection etc., complete for RCC precast cover with angle iron frame vent shaft and sludge chamber etc, complete all as specified on technical drawing and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in retaining wall any thickness including necessary form work complect all as specified and directed.

FENCING AND GATE:- Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soft/loose soil,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size straight or curved on plan to any radius exc 6m mean radius build in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work for post and strut in angle iron fencing including cutting top to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire etc and flat iron fillet (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling,bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290, Grade, E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing, of size 4mm dia and 75X75mm apperture complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Weight of chain link fencing shall be asertain through board of officers

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire welding or nuts & bolts of any size of mesh complete all as specified and directed

S&F framed work (Fe-410 w, Grade E-250, Quality A) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for M-25 design mix using 20mm stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for M-25 design mix using 20 mm stone aggregate columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surface of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for fair finished surface of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, 10mm dia of neck exc 5cm long but n.exc 10cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq cm but n. exc 250 sq cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Each line wire to be measured.

MISC ITEMS:- Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and nexc 1.5m depth for foundation etc or for shaft ,well cessipts, man hole ,pier hole etc n-exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m depth and getting out soft/lose soil complete.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreding,levelling watering and well raming in layer n exc 25 cm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for mix of fly ash, clinker & stone dust in proportion of 1:3 :6 (i.e 10% Fly ash, 30% Clinker and 60% Stone dust materials) laying in layers not exc 20 cm thick , watering , ramming and compacted with vibratory roller to get min CBR value 8% and Dry density 97 % placed at required camber and gradient complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8, Type D-2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc.

Supply, installation, commisioning and testing of FRP underground water tank sump of 250000 Ltrs capacity suitable for drinking water including interconnection of tanks and including installation drawing, lowering of complete system in the pit with the help of Crane/Hydra completly. Supply and fixing of the following connected items of above FRP UG sump 250 KL capacity Tank Specification (i) Total no. of tanks - 05 (Each tank 50 KL capacity) (ii) Tanks are connected parallel to each other and interconnection of tank as per OEM. (iii) Distance between two tanks are 600 mm or as per OEM (iv) Interconnection pipe of 150 mm dia (v) Interconnection of pipe are 300 mm above GL of tanks (iv) Each tank consists of two men hole 550 mm dia as per OEM (v) Deadmann , hold down strip and turn buckle on as per OEM Contd....

Supply and laying 12.50 mm thick (nominal Size) graded coarse aggregate, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY:- Supply, laying / fixing / connecting, testing and commissioning of 50 Sqmm 3.5 core LT under ground cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor,1100 Volts grade in trenches/on wall/poles laid in ducts/inside protection pipe of the following cross sectional area including cable glands,lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings / walls without cable duct) all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Earth work in excavation, sand cushioning, cable cover, cable protection, GI Pipe shall be measured and paid separatly under relevant items. (ii) Cable Route Indicator made of metal of height 300 mm above GL dully written as "LT CABLE" to be fixed at every 30 mtr distance with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, 150 mm below the GL, cost of PCC and Cable Route Indicator deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for river sand, washed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness 18 cm shall only be considered for payment

Supply and lay in trenches fly ash bricks, for cable protection all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pipes galvanized, 50 mm bore “medium grade”, supplied and laid complete including necessary fittings such as tees, bends, elbows, sockets, reducers etc as per site requirement or specified.

Supply, commissioning and testing cubical housing cabinet type, weather proof, outdoor type CPRI approved, factory made LT Panel board, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof openable from front & back side, canopy headed, connected with suitable size MS angle iron frame, Overall dimension suitable to operate submersible pump, fabricated with CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick sheet including IP - 55 protection, installed on concrete base made of PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate, including self locking arrangement. Panel board shall comprise of :- (a) Copper Busbar rating- 200 Amps- 04 Nos. (b) Indication lamp for RYB - 01 Set. (c) MCCB-100 Amp, 4 pole, 25KA fixed thermal and magnetic setting, 415 V, 50 Hz AC-01 No(incoming). Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earth strip electrode bolted or riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end, GI earth strip encased in and including 40 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments,20 dia bore GI pipe 'light grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, Test point , GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with MS TMT bars 8mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion.
