Supply and laying in replacement of unserviceable cast iron water pipes with spigot and socket ends joint centrifugally cast. in any length 150 mm bore laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of unserviceable cast iron water pipes with spigot and socket ends joints centrifugally cast. in any length 100 mm bore laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable sluice valve flanged type long body type of cast iron both ends flanged and drilled holes of size 150 mm dia class I conforming to IS-14848 :2000 with pressure rating PN 1.6 with spindle and iron wheel head with GI nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/ taking down of electric motor for rewinding of capacity 3 HP, 415 Volts with existing super enamled copper winding, replacement of chain pulley system with chain, repair of reduction gear system, complete replacement of worn out / unserviceable parts of system and re-assembling the complete after repair and testing on compeletion, complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Cost of all worn out spare parts shall be included in quoted the rates.

M&L painting of LT 09 mtrs long steel pole with cross arm and clamp of any length and shape for LT over head line with two coat of aluminium paint including preparation of existing surfaces and marking pole no. in a 15 cm dia yellow circle and marking 03 nos. black and 02 Nos. white bands/ strips with 30 cm wide fluorescent paint from bottom of pole up to 1.5 mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete for fixing poles etc including excavation of any strata & relaxing taken out cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvanized aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws incl dismantling of existing roofing, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar hole) in Hard/dense soil n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubbed mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering and removing surp soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the area including uprooting of weeds/grass and removing creepers from fencing or pole/posts and brooming the complete area of substation around panels, transformers and four pole structures complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Excavating hard /dense soil in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of pipe line and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removing excavated material in soils exc.500m and deposting where directed at a level n exc.1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying brick common burnt sub class B old size for protection of cable laid in trenches laid flat for underground cable all as specified

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified. Note:- Measurement shall be taken only after punning down sand cushioning.

Fabricating and installing of perforated 0.5mm thick M.S. Cable trays including horizontal and vertical bends, reducers, tees, cross members and other accessories as required of size not less than 75 mm width x 50 mm depth and duly suspended from the ceiling with 8 mm MS GI suspender of suitable length and 25 mm x 3 mm flat iron at the bottom support at the internal not exceeding one meter and including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel point over a coat of primer (For cabling work in plant room) complete all as specified and directed.
