Renovation of HOP Residence and D-Type Quarters at Karian Colony of CPS-III (Pkg. No.-WC-398)

Providing and laying Duro stone vetrified tiles (300x300mm x10mm) in grey/coloured or of approved shade in flooring, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3(1cement : 3 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in:: Foundation and plinth.

Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.50 Sq.M. and under and 10to 15mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and re-plastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within a Lead of 20 metres with:-Cement Mortar 1:4

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces (one coat) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, loose or softened paint.

Extra over item No.4 for every sub sequent coat of water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter :--With Enamel paint other than white.

Extra over item No.6 for every subsequent coat of paint with enamel paint other than white.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.5 Metres stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. layers, when required in to plinths sides of: Pick Work:

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 :4:8 ( 1cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in: Foundation and plinth.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat Cement. 50mm thick.
