Fabrication, providing and fitting of 400 mm ND Mild steel pipe expansion joint with longitudinal elongation upto 100 mm and nominal length of approximate 1000 mm fabricated out of 10 mm M.S plate duly rolled in perfect circular shape and turned to proper size. The job includes providing and fitting of matching MS flanges of nominal dia. 400 mm to the rising main on both ends of joint. The flanged joints shall be made leak proof by way of insertion of rubber insertion cloth of superior quality and of suitable thickness The specifications are as under: - NO.I- Socket :-- The socket shall be fabricated out of MS plate of 10 mm thickness and ND as 400 mm, 425 mm and 450 mm, each piece 150 mm long duly welded with each other. Manufacture, Fabrication, providing and fitting of 300mm dia. Mild steel pipe slip on joint fabricated out of 20mm M.S plate duly rolled in perfect circular and turned to proper size. The job comprises of two No. tail pieces and two No. slipon flanges.
