Earth work excavation for foundation in all kinds of soils and sub soils to full depth as directed by the departmental officers except hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring strutting and balling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead of 10 meters and initial lift of 2 meters including clearing leveling the site etc., complete complying with standard specification

Providing and laying of WMM to required depth using 0.396 cum of 45 - 22.40 mm graded metal 0.528 cum of 22.4 - 2.36 mm graded metal and 0.396 cum of 2.36 mm and below size metal including mixing watering and conveying to work site including all hire charges for paver and all labour charges etc., completed as per MORTH Specification

Providing and laying Prime coat of 7 kgs/10 sqm over the WMM surface treated with primer using 7 kgs of bituminous Emulsion (SS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as Prime coat manually etc., complete as per 502 of MORTH Rev-5 Specifications

Providing and laying tack coat of 2.5 kgs/10 sqm over the WMM surface treated with binder using 2.5 kgs of bituminous Emulsion (RS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Rev-5 Specifications

Providing and laying 50mm compacted thickness Bituminous Macadam using 0.42 cum of 26.50mm - 11.20mm graded metal and 0.10 cum of 11.20 mm - 2.80mm graded metal and 0.18 cum of 2.80mm and below with 38 kgs of bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and stacking them on road side to standard departmental metric gauge for premeasurement , heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in central hot mix plant ,spreading the mix to the required grades and lines , compaction by 80-100KN power road roller including labour charges for loading,spreading etc including hire charges and fuel charges for mini hot mix plant ,power road roller ,bitumen boiler and all other tools and plants employed etc as per clause 504 of M.O.S.T specification.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50 mm graded metal and 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.26 cum of 2.36 mm & below metal with 45.27 kgs of 60/70 bitumen & 5.03Kg of Plastic waste (Total-50.30 kg) and for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to C M P site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20- 30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 40mm / 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory roller to the required density etc., including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit,labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t C M P with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks, paver finisher, Vibratory rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc.,complete using C M P clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5 specifications.

Collection and Supply of Well Gravel form approval quarry in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered includeing cost and convency of all metarils at site and all labour charges etc, complete complying with standard specification.
