| 1 | M & L for carrying out complete troubleshooting, inspection, and fault diagnosis of two-wheelers including
(a) Visual inspection and preliminary check,
(b) Engine performance diagnosis (starting trouble, misfiring, overheating, abnormal noise),
(c) Electrical system check (battery, wiring, lighting, ignition system),
(d) Fuel system inspection (carburetor/fuel injection, fuel lines),
(e) Brake system check (drum/disc, brake shoes/pads),
(f) Clutch and transmission system inspection
(g) Suspension and steering check including Identification of faults and submission of diagnostic reports complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.
NOTES:-
(I) Rates shall include labor, tools, and minor consumables.
(ii) Spare parts, major repairs, and replacements if required any shall be paid separately.
(iii) Work to be carried out as per manufacturer standards/OEM.
(iv) The Servincg/repair shall be carried out as per the report submiited by the OEM/dealer. | 7 | Each Job | 100 | ₹700 |
| 2Comprehensive preventive and breakdown maintenance/servicing of following Two-Wheeler vehicles (motorcycles/scooters)ncluding periodic servicing, lubrication, adjustments, attending breakdown complaints, minor repairs, checking of engine, clutch, brakes, electrical system, battery maintenance, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: (I) Work shall be carried out as per report submitted by OEM/Authorised Dealer and as per provisions of Ser No. 1 above, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (ii) The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of minor spare parts like engine oil,brake oil, coolant, greease, chain lubricant,air filter, oil filter, fuel filter, spark plug, brake shoe, brake pads, clutch cable, accelerator cable, fuse, rubber parts (bushes, O-rings etc), Chain lock, split pin.electrical wiring, starter relay etc. (iii) Contractor shall arrange all tools, tackles, manpower, and transportation and cost for that deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv) Only genuine/OEM spare parts shall be used (to be paid separately under supply only item). (v) The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of Material and Labour required for replacement of Spare Parts. (vi) In case of breakdown, the contractor shall attend the complaint within 12 hours from the time of intimation. Failing which, a penalty of ₹100 per hour shall be levied for the delay period. (vii) The servicing will be carried out on quaterly basis. | |||||
