Returning filling including spreading, levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with dry clean sand 15cm below cable and 8 cm above the cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured for payments.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, classClass LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair,Folowing sizes of GI tubing , light grade in trenches/ on pole for protection of cables complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of GI Earth wire 40mm or any size

M&L Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate 60cmx60cmx6mm thick electrode, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level , connected to GI earth strip 25 X 4mm up to test point by means of bolts ,nuts , check nuts and washers of GI including excavation and earth work, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 pit, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade, watering pipe and 20 mm bore GI pipe, light grade for protection of earth strip, MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm, 10mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover reinforced with 6mm dia MS bars @ 75mm C/C both ways and with MS handle made out of 12mm dia bars, PGI Funnel, wire mesh etc complete all as shown in electrical Plate No 03 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete and including taking down old u/s.

S&F new PVC cable Junction Box IP66 "halogen free and weather proof" for out door installation size not less than 200 x 150 x 100 mm suitable for street light incoming and outgoing cables up to 10 to 25 sqmm 4 core (with terminal) & inclusive of MCB SP 10 Amp, 60A 04 strip aluminium Bus Bar, including nuts,bolts,cable glands & MS clamps fixed to pole all as directed.

Supply, laying & testing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire unarmoured, electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor of size 1.5 sq mm ,2 core, 1100 Volts grade passed throuh PVC conduit medium grade of size Min 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable broken HT/LT steel tubular/RCC/strut poles including demolition of foundation as required and making good disturbed surface complete all as directed (Earth work wherever invloved shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including painting (aluminium paint) and writing pole serial number using paint in white colour on black backgound, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation and Earth work shall be measured and apid separately)

Supply, install, testing and commissioning outdoor type LT panel of size .6m x 0.6m x 0.5m , with latest IP factory made totally enclosed dust and vermin proof , double steef shutter in front and single leaf shutter in rear side made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, duly fabricated and having proper locking arrangement in both front and rear door painted with powder coated paint and aluminium bus bar 200 amps suitable for 500 volts, 50 Hz , 3 phase 4 wire system and comprising with and including following accesories and mounted on PCC platform all around the panel board complete with the following items:- (Bus Bar Panel). Note : Foundation to be included in the quoted price (a) aluminium bus bar 4 strip of 200 Amps having hole drilled on Bus Bar for fixing of cables.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed for the poles and stay.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of poles and stay including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour in repair, dismantling the all cable from panel, poles, MCB Main DBs taking out the cable loop stretching out the cable, carrying out end termination with new lugs, proper thimbling, fixing the joint kits connecting back to the new/existing panel board by means of nuts, bolts & washers of any size any type all as directed by engineer in charge. Note: (i The work includes necessary excavation to take out the loop,and laying the cable, putting proper cable protection bricks using the old retrived bricks and refill the area properly and spreading any surplus soil (ii) The cost of Al lugs, joint kit shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of schedule

Supply & fix for cable straight through joint for 1100 volt, out door type terminal heat shrinkable type joint complete with all jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 core 70-150sqmm, complete all as specified and directed. By engineer-in-charge.
