Dismantling Brick Masonry in Lime mortar walls under 3m high from walls including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., Complete. As per SI.B.W-0015 Pg.No.21

Removing the existing Thirumathil stone wall members including numbering, hire charges, tools and plants, scaffolding for working in heights etc., complete.SI.HR (VOL-II)-W0007 Pg.No.261

Refixing the existing stone wall members including hire charges for tools and plants, scaffolding for working in heights and fixing in position including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc complete. SI.HR (VOL-II)-W0009 Pg.No.261

a.Supply of New cutstone for Thirumathil including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc complete.

b.Labour Charges for dressing cutstone (or) directed by departmental Officers including pointing with lime mortar 1:1.5 Mix

Core wall: Brick Jelly Lime Concrete 1:2:5 using 40 mm Brick Jelly Lime mortar 1:2 -10m3 as per standard specifications etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers

Copping: Brick work using Country bricks in Cement Mortar 1:5 (one cement and Five sand) 8 3/4" x 4 1/4"x 2 3/4" including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges including curing working in height etc complete.

Plastering with CM 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including scaffolding finishing curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting two coats with approved quality of water based exterior emulsion paint including one coat of priming coat in cement plastered wall surfaces in all floor including cost of all materials brushess, etc., scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Water Jet washing in the Granite portions by using approprate equipments with all its accessories and chemical Such As Liquid Ammonia,Soap, Oil etc…and there by Removing all dirts, oil Coating, White/colour washing, Painting etc., from the Granite Surface including cost of Chemical and hire Charges for all Tools and plants,(Excluding cost of water, Electrical Power Required for the Work Which Will Be Supplied by the Temple at Free of cost) and final clearing with Water Wash etc., Complete.

Labour charges for Pointing wall and steps Lime Mortor 1:1.5 excluding cost and conveyance of cut stone but including all labour charges scaffolding etc complete with standard specifications.
