RCC Works

Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. Using materials produced by the own plants or dealers and suppliers of SAIL , RINL (Vizag Steel) and TATA only using virgin materials.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of M-15 , stone aggregate of maximum size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications and drawings but excluding the cost of Form work shuttering, centering Complete upto plinth level

Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of Grade M-35 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticiser or super plasticiser) if required, including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications up to Plinth Level

Brickwork , Aluminium work and Finishing

Providing and constructing brick work in cement mortar using Standard bricks of approved quality / class, make / brand at all heights in all shapes and sizes including scaffolding curing, raking out joints complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Brickwork with standard bricks in C.M 1:4 using crushed Sand

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required filling the gaps using silicon grout sealant etc. (fittings glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately) Anodised Aluminium sections (Minimum anodizing thickness of 15 micron)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium doors, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with PVC / Neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge (Cost of snap beading shall be paid in basic item) With clear float glass panes of 4.00 mm thickness

Providing 20 mm thick External plastering in two coats under layer 12 mm thick with C.M 1:4 (using crushed sand) finished with a top layer 8 mm thick in C. M 1:3 (using crushed sand) including approved water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications, sieving of sand to required fineness, scaffolding at all height, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing 12 mm thick Internal plastering in cement mortar 1:4 without cement punning (using crushed sand) finished smooth, including sieving of sand to required fineness, preparation of the surface, scaffolding, curing all as per specifications, drawings and as directed at site complete.

Providing, painting, finishing walls with two coats of anti-algae, weather proof acrylic smooth emulusion paint of approved make with silicon additives on sand face plaster/ plain plaster and concrete surfaces of required shade over new work including a base coat of exterior cement primer including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding at all heights complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and Painting with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) with Two coats on new work of approved make and manufacturer and of required shade and color, including scaffolding, preparation of the surfaces etc., including a coat of approved cement primer. as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Grouting below base plates of columns, equipments, around the foundation bolts, or locations as specified using pre-packed cementetious non-shrink grout (of approved brand & quality) including cleaning the base by water / compressed air, pre-soaking, shuttering / formwork, mixing, placing, curing etc. complete all as per manufacturer's guidelines and as directed by the Engineer-in charge

Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work t achieve dry film thickness of 250 microns

Structural steel

Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and /or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge Up to and including 300 mm Joists, 350 mm channels, and below sections using materials from Approved vendor Note : Cost for nuts, bolts and washers shall be paid in relevant item

Extra for hot dip Galvanising minimum 80 micron thick

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing, platforms and similar works complete as per specifications using M.S tubes of specified diameter and thickness Note: Includes lifting and installation at different terraces of heights upto 60 m as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying and fixing Rolling shutters (Laths Interlocked) gear operated type with handles, of approved make as per ISI standards made out of required size of MS lathes 18 gauge interlocked together throughout entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipes shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside & outside locking with push and pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary springs of required size and M. S top cover of required 1.25 mm thickness for rolling shutters.

Extra over the cost of rolling shutters for providing wicket gate of specified size in the M.S rolling shutters including fixing with fixing arrangements, hinges, locking arrangements, frames etc. all as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete

Extra for rolling shutters for providing and fixing motorized arrangements( with remote & manual operation) including designing, control panels, limit switches, required wiring and cables from panel to motor and required size of shaft etc of approved make all as per standard specifications including commissioning and testing complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge For rolling shutters above 15.00 Sq.m and up to 30.00 sq.m opening area.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) on steel surfaces at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat if recommended by manufacturer , preparation of surface, etc. complete.

Roofing

Providing and fixing UV stabilised fibre glass reinforced plastic sheet roofing / vertical lines up to any pitch including fixing with polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain / bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge 2.0 mm thick corrugated (2.5" or 4.5"or 6") or step - down (2"or 3" or 6") as specified.

Providing and fixing precoated Galvalume Roofing profile sheets of approved size, shape and pitch up to and including single length of 12.00 met. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5 X 55 mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required , including scaffolding as directed by the Engineer-in- charge Galvalume sheet roofing 0.50 mm Thickness in Single sheet.

Providing and fixing precoated Galvalume roofing accessories up to 600 mm total width for ridges, gutters, aprons, and flashings. using crank bolt screws or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts and or G.I. seam bolts and nuts, G.I. plain and bitumen washers including scaffolding complete as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. No overalapping shall be paid.

Drainage

Providing and fixing PVC rain water pipes conforming to relevant IS type B and PVC SWR fittings & specials conforming to relevant IS including jointing with seal ring / With PVC solvent adhesive including fixing in walls using clamps etc complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge SWR PIPE 110 mm O/D

Pavement

Preparation and consolidation of sub-grade (Proof Rolling) with power roller of 8 to 10T capacity including excavating earth to an average thickness of 22.5 cms depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and rerolling the subgrade and disposal of surplus earth within a lead of 200 m

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 CRUSHED sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete, formwork and preparing expansion joints as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade in roads, taxi tracks and runways using crushed Sand, graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per specified design criteria approved by Engineer-in-charge, mechanically vibrated using needle / Surface vibrators including steel form work with sturdy M-S channel sections including curing and providing and filling construction joints and dummy joints with approved joint filler primer or equivalent including rounding of the edges and filling the grooves 10 x 25 mm deep at top for construction joints and 10 mm x 50 mm deep at top for dummy joints with joint sealing compound (conforming to grade B of IS:1834) including making necessary arrangements for expansion joints etc all complete as directed by the Engineer-in charge

Providing and laying in position bitumen hot sealing compound for expansion joints using approved make.

Painting road surface marking with Thermoplastic paint hot applied to give uniform finish with Glass beeds / power Topping, on bituminous surface in white / yellow shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign material etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Thermoplastic paint on concrete surfaces including primer
