Taking down plaster on wall /ceiling of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on stone masonry surfaces of wall finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on stone masonary surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on ceiling surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over & including one coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plaster surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone/brick masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (above or below ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tile laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) & 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item no 13.00 here in before but on vertical surfaces of stone wall such as dados, skirting etc set & jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tile over & including 10 mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, on vertical surfaces of wall such as dados, skirtings etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match with the shade of tile over and including 10mm thick screed plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid heavy duty vitrified tiles dark shade 12mm thick (square / rectangular) polished area of each tiles n.exc 0..18sqm in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match with the shade of tile laid over and including screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for vitrified ceramic tiles dark shade 10mm thick (square / rectangular) polished area of each tiles n.exc 0.36sqm in skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match with the shade of tile over and including 10mm thick screed plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick with grey cement and no pigments as in floor set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including 20mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking tiles, reflective type, in path 60 mm thick, ISI marked, M-35 grade of approved quality laid over & including 25 mm sand cusion vibrated with mechinical vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick as in plinth protection finished fair & even laid in alternate bays n.exc 2m in length and joints filled with bitumen mastic 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floors complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm crushed stone aggregate) as in slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for glass dividing strips 3mm thick 22mm width of strip complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium door shutters with frame of aluminium section including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, brass handle and brass tower bolts of size 150mm x 02 Nos in each door, hinges anodised aluminium snap beading screws, hydraulically regulated double action floor door spring made up of 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet bix for each shutter etc and including fitted with 5mm thick tinted glass in glazed shutter with brass mortice lock 100mm 2 levers,vertical type complete all of weight and section size as specified in TD drawing No. CEBZ/16/11 Sheet No. 1/3 to 3/3 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F powder coated aluminium window/ventilator shutters with frame, sliding/side hung type with sash bars including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading screws etc including each window fitted with 5mm thick tinted glass in glazed shutter duco pattern aluminium anodized grill (weight not less than 2.625 Kg/Sqm) and stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia and average width of aperture 1.40mm in gauzed shutter etc complete all of weight and section size as specified in TD drawing No. CEBZ/16/11 Sheet No. 1/3 to 3/3 complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling boarding any description fixed in any position with nails complete all as spepcified and directed.

S&F continuous (piano) hinges mild steel bright finish or electrogalvanised of 30mm width of flaps (when open) complete all as spepcified and directed.

Fabrication & fitting of modular kitchen with cabinet/shelves & wardrobe/cupboard made out of 18mm thick (one side decorative lamination & other side baancing lamination) PVC sheet with piano hinges including providing cabinet for keeping baskets / cutlery baskket with handles/door shutters complete all as specified and directed. Note :- PVC sheet, fitting & fixture will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply only 18mm thick (one side decorative lamination & other side baancing lamination) solid PVC board with cement solvent adhesive for shutter/kitchen cabinet / cup board/partition wall/ wall cabinet complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Raj shree or equivalent as approved by GE.
