Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (one Cement and Five M-Sand) using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x70mm with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally. other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.(foundation and basement )
Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One cement, Five M-sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken jelly for flooring including laying, consolidating, finishing, rendering the top surface rough to receive the floor, curing, etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of Granite slabs (Super fine polished with machine cut edges) of sizes 4'x2' and above 18mm to 20mm thick Sinthetic Grey, Paradise and (Similar varieties) and Variety with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., complete complying with standard speicification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work)
Painting the wall two coats with approved weather proof Exterior Emulsion paint over one primer coat on cement plastered wall surface ect., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling M-sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. Making and installation of Dheeran Chinnamalai to be installed at Erode, Tamil Nadu.Metal : Bronze ie., alloy of copper, lead, tin, zinc traditional mixture suitable for making bronze sculpture, metal casting : lost was method (hollow castings), specimen model should be made as per the approved photo or miniature approved of size 10'3" x 2'3" x 12'. On approval of the statue the making should proceed on this approved model in plaster of paris (POP). The replica model in POP will be as the master model.This model will be segmented proportionately into various pieces according to the bronze casting methods for metal moulding & casting process. Now the negative mould from the positive POP cast for inlaying honey bee was sheets on the negative impression moulds should be prepared.On top of the wax inlay cover the mould creating a sandwich mould (wax in between two layers of mould, gateway or runners are fixed to the moulds). These moulds are left to dry to be absolutely free from moisture and degasing. Then these moulds are lift in a kiln & heated to de-wax the moulds. ' After fully de-waxing the molten bronze from the HSD furnace at a temperature of 1100-12000oC is carefully poured into the gateways and runners till the moulds are full and the same applies to all the moulds.After setting periode of 8 hours the bronze casted moulds are removed and cleaned by pressure water wash, removing runners, gateways and any excess flow of metal on the surface. All the segmented pieces are properly assembled together into one full statue by power gas welding and Tig welding using organ gas with brass rods. This full fused statue is grinded & surfaced, removing the welded joints & matching to the statue surface is done.Next polyester or silicone paste is applied to give protective covering to the statue. After this Nitro Cellulose or Zinc chromate fine coating is given for proper fixing after drying the primer filler base coat is applied on the statue. Finally a coat of polyurethane paint or synthetic paint is applied.The following day the finishing work is provided with the final coat of Metallic Gold Polyurethane or Synthetic paint finishing on the statue in full & final completion of the work.
