Tender for Supply, installation and Commissioning of Innovation lab for 90 KRIES Residential School/Colleges

The Bidder Should Have Experience in each year for the last 3 years (2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 Financial years) in supplying and setting up TINKERING LABS/Technology/Innovation Labs/STEM Labs in educational Institutions through Government/PSU orders. The combined value of the work orders for the last 3 years in setting up TINKERING LABS/Technology/Innovation Labs/STEM Labs in educational Institutions through Government/PSU orders must be at least 6 Crores. For M.S.M.E exemption as applicable by Govt of Karnataka.

The Bidder should be a Private/Public Limited company or LLP registered company in India as per the Indian Companies Act 1956/2013 and is in the business for the last 3 years (i.e., year, 2022-23 2023-24 & 2024-25) as on 31.03.2025

The Bidder should have a consolidated minimum positive Net Worth as on the last day of each of the preceding 3 financial years (i.e., year 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) to the tune 6 Crores. For M.S.M.E exemption as applicable by Govt of Karnataka.

The bidder should be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an authorized dealer of the OEM with respect to the material categories provided in this tender, during last 3 financial years (i.e., year 2022-23 2023-24 & 2024-25).

The Bidder should have experience in conducting training programs for teachers and/or students in the TINKERING LABS/TECHNOLOGY/INNOVATION LABS/STEM LABS they have set up in the last 3 years (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 financial years).

The bidder must have employed on their roles at least 20 Trainers in Karnataka in the last financial 3 years.

The bidder should have local office / service centers in Karnataka for past 3 years. The bidder must have registered professional tax in Karnataka

The Bidder/OEM must possess a valid Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification for the Robotics Kit being offered under this Tender. The certification shall comply with the applicable IS standards notified by BIS for electronic, STEM learning, robotics, or related equipment. The BIS IS Certificate should be in Category C, Subcategory 65

The bidder should have valid ISO 9001-2015 certificate as on the bid submission date

As on date of Notification of Bid, the Bidder shall not be under any declaration of ineligibility for unsatisfactory past performance, corrupt or fraudulent practices, any other unethical business practices or blacklisted either by Government of India or State Government or any public-sector units of State and Central Governments or Aided & private institutions

The Bidder should have a minimum average annual Turnover of 6 crores, during last Three financial years (i.e., year 2022-23 2023-24 & 2024-25). For M.S.M.E exemption as applicable by Govt of Karnataka.
