CONSTRUCTION OF DEPOT AND ESSENTIAL STAFF QUARTERS AT KANJURMARG FOR METRO LINE 6 OF MUMBAI METRO RAIL PROJECT OF MMRDA

Construction of Depot Infrastructures comprising Stabling Yard, Depot Control Centre and Administrative building, Maintenance and workshop buildings, Auxiliary substation, Finishing, Plumbing, Earthworks for land development, Compound wall, Road, Approach Bridge and underground utility duct, Drainage System, ETP/STP, Rainwater Harvesting, essential staff quarter etc. complete [Including Architectural finishing works] for Car Depot at Kanjurmarg for Metro Line- 6 of Mumbai Metro Rail Project of MMRDA.

Schedule 'A' RCC works of depot Infrastructures comprising approach viaduct, elevated stabling yard, Compound wall, DCC and Administrative building, Maintenance and Inspection workshop buildings etc.

Schedule 'B' Earth work, excavation, embankment, filling of blanket material, topographical survey, geotechnical investigation, tree cutting, transplantation, new plantation etc.

Schedule 'C' Architectural Finishing works, Road works, Landscaping, fencing, Utility & Plumbing works, Design & built ETP & STP etc.

Schedule 'D' (Provisional Sum Component), The Amount given for Schedule “D” in Indian Rupees is for the contingency works not covered under Schedule A, Schedule B, Schedule C and Schedule E. All works under Schedule “D” of BOQ shall be paid based on MCGM unified schedule of rates 2023. In case of non-availability of rates in MCGM unified schedule of rates, the rates of PWD SSR (Govt. of Maharashtra, PWD)- 2022-23 shall be paid. All HT/LT line shifting and electrical utility shifting works shall be paid based on the schedule of rates / cost data 2022-2023 of MSEDCL / MSETCL/ ADANI / TATA. If rates are not available, concerned utility provider schedule then rates from current year PWD Electrical DSR can be taken. All the items shall be operated based on site requirement and only after obtaining prior approval of Employers representative.

Schedule 'E' a) Design and construction of Approach road and bridge from outside road entering Kanjurmarg Depot. The tenderer shall quote percentage above / below / at par against Schedule E.
