Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.50 metre deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm, all as specified.

Removal of excavated material to be distance n.exc 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 metres high from the starting point, all as specified.

Hand packing (any thickness) broken stone or boulders at back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete, M-10, nominal mix, C-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, as in sub base layer under floors, all as specified and directed.

Mild steel galvanised iron tubings (ISI Marked) 80mm dia light grade in any length as in weep holes complete, all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete (Design mix) M-25 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, all as specified.

Reinforced cement concrete (Design mix) M-25 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including necessary form work) complete all as specified and directed. Note for Serial Item No 7 & 8:- Form work and reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams,sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, for roughly finished flat surfaces of concrete, all as specified and directed.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter, for roughly finished flat surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed.

Wire netting of galvanised steel wire 1.40mm dia with size of wire mesh 12 mm as in gravel block behind wheep hole fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples all as specified and directed.

TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
