Roling and consolidation over formation surface in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 150mm thick spread thickness Soling with broken boulders or quarriede stone (Granite Trap Basalt) interstics filled surface formed and rolled & consolidated to required gradient & camber with 8-10 power roller complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 150mm thick (two layers 75mm thick spread thickness each) moorum/red bajri filling or pavings laid in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick spread, rolled and consolidation to gradient and required camber including water etc & consolidated to required gradient & camber with 8-10 power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 150mm thick water bound macadam in Two equal layers of 75mm each (compacted thickness) with coarse aggregate of stone (granite/Basalt/Trap) of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm) size, spread rolled and consolidated to the required gradient & camber with tonne, complete all as specified and directed.

Scrifying or picking up gravelled,macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth not exceeding 100 mm deep and removing to a distance not exceeding 50m and all removed from site etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam (WBM), with Granite, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of newly WBM surface with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clean the surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bitumenous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 10 kg / 10 sqm over WBM surfaces and M&L for premixed hot mix Asphaltic Semi Dense Concrete using 5.5% binder content (VG-30 Grade paving bitumen) by weight of total mix and with thickness of 30 mm (consolidated Thickness) including rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to uniform and smooth surface and consolidation to required gradient and camber all as specified and directed. (Note: - (i) Laying shall be done by means of self-propelled mechanical paver, finishing with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls with suitable speed and capable of laying, spreading, tamping and finishing. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only)

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber up to outer edges of roads on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.NOTE: - (i) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportations etc for job mix formula shall be inclusive in the unit rate and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only

M&L for repair to pot holes not exceeding 1 sqm area including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surface in road,path etc cutting around edges at least 30mm in depth & making good by filling in ,screened and graded road metal,watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and making good by applying tack coat @ 10 Kg/10 Sqm of VG-10 grade paving bituminous binder complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick spread thickness moorum/red bajri filling or pavings laid in layers spread, rolled and consolidation to gradient and required camber including watering etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for marking lines, dashes, arrows, letter etc 15 cm wide on bituminous surface with retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint with reflector sign glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area conforming to MOST & BIS specification ,of thickness 2.50 to 3.00 mm thick of white/golden/yellow as approved colour/shade and applied with machine as per manufactures instruction including preparation of surface ie cleaning of surface by removing all dust ,dirt,oil grease etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair Cat Eye as (Road Stud) reflective type of metal body alloy of size 110mm x 120mmx 24 mm with PAMA striples reflector of Model No DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS studs of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed. Make - 3M/Sun Eyes/Dark Eye
