Running and Maintenance of LTTD Plant at Agatti SH- Dismantling, Fabrication, Replacing, Transportation and Installation of Mild Steel Pipes

Dismantling, removing, transportation and stacking of existing mild steel (MS) pipes (warm water inlet and outlet of about 3.5 Ton in total) installed in LTTD Plant site (approximately 100 Meters from the shore) as directed by the engineer in charge including removing/cutting bolts,nuts,valves, welding etc including stacking of dismantled pipes by mechanical means/manual as directed by Engineer-incharge. (Read terms & conditions before quoting the tender)

Fabrication (Including plate bending,cutting,machining &welding) supply, transportation, installation, erection and leak testing of mild steel (MS) pipes (warm water inlet & outlet) as per the drawing and make suiting to site condition and as per specification provided in the annexure. (it is requested to make necessary measurement and drawings for completing job as per existing site condition)

Applying maring grade Epoxy paint (two or more coats) on surface & inside of all newly fabricated steel pipes (warm water inlet & outlet) including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete.

Providing and applying one coat of 3 mm chopped stranded FRP mat with vinylster resin and hardner on surface of newly fabricated pipes (warm water inlet & outlet)

Dismantling,removing, transportation (to and fro) & stacking of corroded mild steel delivery pipes (2 Nos) header (2Nos) and bend (1No) installed at the sump (about 5 meter depth) located approximately 230 mtr away from the shore and replacing with new pipes including erection, assembling and commisioning of the pipes including cleaning of sump removing silt/debris/sludge by manual/mechanical means as per direction of Engineer in-charge (All these pipes will be provided by the department)

Procurement, supply, transportation and installation of Butterfly valve as per specification (wafer type), size 450NB, Make-Audcu,Leader valves,BHEL,Tyco Valves or any other reputed make, Operating pressure -2Bar, Operating temperature 10-30 Deg.Celcius, Flow rate 0-200Kg/s, Liquid Density 1021-1026Kg/Cu.m, Actuator-Manually operated wheel, Valve STD- BS5155/API 609, Seat tightness/shut off classifications- ANSI class IV, Pressure testing BS6755 part I, Body-ASTMA 216 grade WCB, DISC- Aluminium Bronze to BS1400 Grade AB2/AISI 316+cobalt based HF or tungsten/chrome carbide coating, STEM-AISI 410PTFE coated. Seating- Teflone
