Cleaning of reinforcement , removel of rust from the reinforcing bars of any size of bar to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, and applying two coats of epoxy based zinc primer in a span of 4 hours over the treated re-bar & allow to dry for 6 hours, complete all as specified and directed.

Chipping of unsound/ weak concrete material 35-45mm average thickness from slabs, beams, columns etc. similar surfaces with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. complete with necessary formwork/scaffolding/ staging (till completion of structural repair) and disposal of debris outside MD land for all lead and lifts all complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix high strength deformed TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm (including welding/drilling to old TMT bars wherever necessary) dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix high strength deformed TMT steel bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia (including welding/drilling to old TMT bars wherever necessary) complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting down the plants/ trees of girth n.exc. 15cm from roof tops/ sides of external walls of building, chajja, wall junctions & at junctions of rain water/ waste water pipes including taking out the roots entered in to wall/ slab surfaces; making good surfaces with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 or cement mortar (1:2) including repairing the GI/ CI/ PVC pipe joints which were affected due to cutting/ taking out process after applying suitable herbicide including making good the disturbed surfaces to match the adjoining surfaces complete with necessary scaffolding/ staging/ Jhula etc, with all necessary safety precautions up to 4 storey height complete all as directed and as specified.
