BOQ SCHEDULE 'A' PART - II (LIGHTNING PROTECTION & AVIATION OBSTRUCTION LIGHT)

S&F integral LED aviation light fitting comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure, IP65, Operating Input Voltage Range 100-270 V, AC,10 System wattage(W) @240 V complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Analog time switch with inbuilt battery backup, 3 module size, 24 hours program, programmable every 15 minutes, backup of 100 hours, current capacity 16A with polycarbonate enclosure for wall mounting complete all as specified and directed.

BOQ SCHEDULE 'A' PART - III (EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of vertical open well submersible pump set of capacity 5 KW / 7.5 HP, 3 Phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz suitable for not less than 600 LPM discharge at a minimum head of 37 meter with 3 stages, Cast Iron Impeller, Cast Iron NRV body, Cast Iron Motor body and Stainless Steel Pump Shaft with copper winding motor, Insulation Class 'B', IP 68 degree of protection complete all as specified and directed.

Design, fabricate, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Outdoor Type cubicle panel board compartmentalized suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply system as per latest IS / IEC standards & regulations, factory fabricated in an approved factory having modern fabrication facilities, made out of CRCA sheet steel of 3.15 mm thick for outer shell and 2mm thick for inner shell with front and rear openable double leaf doors with two point locking arrangement i.e. locking system with handle up & down arrangement & pad-locking facility. Complete panel board shall be applied with power coat painting of approved shade duly pretreated with seven tank process and suitable packing material for IP-54 degree of protection and including provision of 50mmx50mmx6mm angle iron base frame of suitable size for mounting the panel board with a minimum ground clearance of 450mm above GL to the bottom of panel including PCC foundation with PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate. Detachable gland plates including double compression stainless steel / PVC cable glands of suitable size shall be provided for all incoming and outgoing cables. Steel plate Danger Notice Boards(02 Nos) LT 415/440 Volts, and manufacturer's name plate shall be riveted on external doors of feeder pillar box. The size of panel board shall suitable for accommodating and including provision of following switchgear, control gear and accessories including internal wiring complete:- Note: The Contractor shall submit drawings of the LT panel board and its components in duplicate and get the same approved from GE before commencement of production. The contractor shall furnish all details and clarifications required if any for scrutiny and evaluation. Manufacture of material to be supplied shall be done strictly as per approved drawing. However, approval of drawing shall not absolve the contractor/supplier of his liability for ensuring correctness according to applicable standards & regulations.

Supply, connecting & testing of Flat Three Core 4.0 sqmm PVC Insulated & PVC Sheathed Industrial Cable for Submersible Pump Motors 1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS: 694 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Ductile Iron Pressure Pipe with Socket and Spigot ends suitable for Push-on-Jointing, Class "K-9" of size DN 100mm duly applied with Zinc Coating with finishing layer of Bitumen on external surfaces and Cement Mortar Lining with Bituminous Seal Coat on internal surfaces complete confirming to IS-8329(2000) duly ISI marked and all as specified and directed.

M&L for Ductile Iron (DI) fittings, class K-12, such as Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (sockets or socket and spigot or flanged ends as per site requirement) collars, caps and plugs etc suitable for up to 150mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of chemical dosing system suitable to inject chlorine solution up to 25 LPH comprising of dosing pump, electric motor, FRP solution preparation cum settling tank of capacity 100 Liters with lid, port hole, inlet / outlet/ drain connection, level guage etc and fitted with speed reducing motor and SS-316 agitator complete unit mounted on heavy duty MS fabricated frame duly applied with two coats of arrocorosive paint complete all as specified and directed.
