M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded aggregate) in plinth protection, surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 mix, (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base for floor using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Stone kerb of roughly squaredstones of size 20cm x 30cmx50cm,dressed so that the maximum depression from a straightedge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfacesof sides and 20mm for the restof surfaces jointed incementmortar 1:6 and struck flush complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earth work in excavation of all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulical excavator) in foundation trenches or drains or for laying of cables (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with fly ash bricks, Straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or stone masonary in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
