Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation, etc., and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping of poles, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation and erecting in true vertical position (or to be fixed in an inclined position as strut pole) Octagonal Mild Steel Pole, silver color complete 9.0 metre long with top dia 70mm, bottom dia 130 mm, 3mm thick, MS base plate 200 x 200 x 12mm and foundation bolt 20 x 600mm and Street Light Bracket, Single Arm suitable for LED street light including drilling of holes of required size etc. including taking down carefully old deterioiated RCC / Steel Pole any description complete all as specified and directed.

Cross arm bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and also inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including dismantling / taking down old unserviceable structural steel all as specified and as directed.

Fault detection in damaged UG cables using cable fault detector / locator, vehicle mounted, to accuracy of 2m for various locations inside Air Force Station for UG cables of any size & any type LT including excavation and earthwork in any type of strata of size 4m x 2m x 0.6m to visually inspect / repair the damaged cable when and where directed complete all as directed.

XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 150 Sqmm 3.5 Core including taking down / up unserviceable cable and making good disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Cable Route Indicator made out of 45 x 45 x 5 mm angle iron, 80 mm long embedded in PCC block of suitable size with moulded lettter HT CABLE or LT CABLE suitably inscribed on CI circular plate 8 mm thick 100 dia complete including neccessary PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggrregate) block of suitable size and neccessary earth work and excavation all as specified and directed.

Retro Reflective Sign Board of size 23' x 3' made of ACP sheet 4mm thick, the background of board is to be provided with high quality Retro Tape Blue base HIP (High Intensity Prismatic) grade sheet colour retro reflective tape and letters with white retro reflective tape. The size / fonts of letters as per sample approved by GE with the following contents complete including taking down old unserviceable unserviceable board all as specified and as directed.:- "MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICE 33 KV MAIN RECEIVING STATION GARRISON ENGINEER AIR FORCE JAMMU" Make of Retro Reflector Tape : AVERY DENNISON or equivalent as approved by GE.

Retro Reflective Sign Board of size 3.0' x 2.5' made of ACP sheet 6mm thick fixed with screws to frame made of MS Angle of size 40 x 40 x 5mm, vertical supportted with angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6mm of height not less than 2.3 metre and showing the following contents :- CAUTION LT / HT 0.440 / 11000 VOLTS UG CABLE PASSING IN THE AREA. BEFORE EXCAVATION IN THE AREA PLEASE CONTACT MES POWER HOUSE / JE E/M ON TELE NO - 7881 Notes : 1. The background of board shall be of Blue colour retro reflective tape and letters shall be of White colour retro reflective tape. 2. The size and fonts of letters and description shall be as per sample approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

3. The Steel Frame and Legs of the Board shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer. The Cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the Quoted Rate of the Contractor. 4. The necessary PCC work and excavation shall be measured and paid separately under the respective items. Make of Retro Reflector Tape : AVERY DENNISON or equivalent as approved by GE.

Taking out old unserviceable Distribution Board any type / capacity including disconnecting / removing unserviceable cable connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Distribution Board iron clad TPN DB, double door with IP-43, IK-09 protection, Four Way, Vertical, suitable for MCCB FP 415 Volts 125 Amps rating as incommer and MCB as outgoing complete with appropriate size copper busbar including cutting chases in walls for fixing the DB and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : MCBs / MCCBs shall be measured and paid separately under the respective item.

Distribution Board iron clad TPN DB, double door with IP-43, IK-09 protection, Six Way, Vertical, suitable for MCCB FP 415 Volts 160 Amps rating as incommer and MCB as outgoing complete with appropriate size copper busbar including cutting chases in walls for fixing the DB and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : MCBs / MCCBs shall be measured and paid separately under the respective item.

MCCB FP 415 Volts 125 Amps rating, 25 KA rupturing capacity with adjustable thermal magnetic trip release, complete all as specified and as directed.

MCCB FP 415 Volts 160 Amps rating, 36 KA rupturing capacity with adjustable thermal magnetic trip release, complete all as specified and as directed.

MCB SP, 6 to 32 Amps 10 KA, 'C' curve type with rupturing capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and as directed.

MCB SP, 40 to 63 Amps 10 KA, 'C' curve type with rupturing capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully the existing aluminium / copper point Sub Main Wiring of any size and capacity and type by disconnecting from the either terminals complete with switches, sockets, ceiling rose, regulators etc. by unscrewing and taken away from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Sub main wiring with Two runs of single core PVC insulated multistranded un-sheathed FRLS cable of size 6.0 Sqmm with stranded copper conductor, drawing into concealed PVC conduit / surface batten (including PVC conduit of requisite dia and accessories) with continuous PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed FRLS cable earth wire of 6.0 Sqmm dia including taking out unserviceable sub main wiring, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Three runs of 6.0 Sqmm wire one run of PVC conduit shall be considered as one unit length.

Sub main wiring with Two runs of single core PVC insulated multistranded un-sheathed FRLS cable of size 4.0 Sqmm with stranded copper conductor, drawing into concealed PVC conduit / surface batten (including PVC conduit of requisite dia and accessories) with continuous PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed FRLS cable earth wire of 4.0 Sqmm dia including taking out unserviceable sub main wiring, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Three runs of 4.0 Sqmm wire one run of PVC conduit shall be considered as one unit length.

Rigid non metalic PVC conduit 25 mm exclusing boxes but including all Tees, Bends, Elbows, Reducers, Bell Mouth, Tube Ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles and pipe hooks etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting / taking down carefully existing unserviceable LT Panel Board / Feeder Pillar Box any type and capacity including all control switches, fittings and fixtures from different location complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Installing, Testing and Commissioning Outdoor type Cubical Panel Board outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet including door and inner shell made out of 2.0 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50 x 50 x 6mm mounted on platform of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 60 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, Frame Factory fabricated with front and back openable, double door system and cable alley (Each door hinged with body at three places through weldeding) Lockable / Openable by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for Three Phase Four Wire 415 Volts, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it Dust / Vermin Proof and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93 comprising of the following :

The panel board shall be suitable for 300 Amps capacity 415 volt 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system and includes necessary size of cable glands and following accessories :-

The panel board shall be equipped with the following accessories :-

Notes for Serial Item No '38' to '44': 1. The minor items such as Lugs, Nuts and Bolts, Washers, Top Insulators, Sleeves, provision of extra holes in bus bar etc. shall be provided by the Contractor as directed. The Quoted Rate shall be deemed to include the cost of the same and nothing extra shall be admissible from the department on this account what-so-ever. 2. All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable conforming to IS-694. 3. The Panel drawings shall be got approved from GE before placing the Order. 4. The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated.

5. The Panel / Feeder Pollar Box shall be surrounded with 23cms brick wall upto 0.5 mtr height all around the panel and hollow portion between panel and wall shall be filled with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 leaving ducts for cables complete all as directed. The Quoted Rate shall be deemed to include the cost of the same and nothing extra shall be admissible from the department on this account what-so-ever. 6. The Panel / Feeder Pollar Box shall be surrounded with 23cms brick wall upto 0.5 mtr height all around the panel and hollow portion between panel and wall shall be filled with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 leaving space for ducts of cables complete all as directed. The Quoted Rate shall be deemed to include the cost of the same and nothing extra shall be admissible from the department on this account what-so-ever.

Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6mm thick, buried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr below ground level connected to GI Strip of size 25 x 4mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point, GI tubing 40 mm bore light grade protection pipe, GI watering pipe 20mm bore medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, alternate layer of charcoal and salt, 40mm thick including earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50m) and connecting, testing on completion, all as shown on Electric Plate No. 03 of SSR-2009 Part-I, complete all as directed.
