Earth work in excavation of foundation of all type of bridge structure in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiselling/ wedging out of Hard rock (blasting prohibited) by mechnical means and as per drawing and technical specification Clause 304 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and and bottom and back filling with approved material pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to any depth and any quantum including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced cement concrete in foundation for bridge structure complete of plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:3:6, (one cement: three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty milimetre nominal size) on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and MORD technical specification Clause 2100 and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Reinforced cement concrete grade M-30 (M- Thirty) design mix cement content not less than 420 kg (four hundred twenty kilogram) per cubic meter by mechenically mixed in substructure and compacted by vibration including curing complete upto any heights as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge excluding cost of reinforcement as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge excluding cost of reinforcement , including carriage of materials and form work as per MORTH specification Clause1500, 1700 and 2100 within all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate is including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Backfilling with granular material behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings and MORTH technical specification Clause 710.1.4 of IRC: 78 & 2200 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm (One hundred millimeters) dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H (one vertical : twenty horizental) towards drawing face. Complete as per drawing and MORTH Technical specifications Clause 2706 and 2200 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts including other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying filter media with granular material /crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRTH specification to a thickness of not less than 600mm( six hundred millimetre )with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment , wing wall and return wall to the full height, compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level POT-PTFE ( bearings) of minimum120 tonne load capacity consisting of a metal piston supported by a disc or unreinforced elastomer confined within a metal cylinder, sealing rings, dust seals, PTFE surface sliding against stainless steel mating surface, complete assembly to be of cast steel/fabricated structural steel, metal and elastomer elements to be as per IRC: 83 part-I & II respectively and other parts conforming to BS: 5400, section 9.1 & 9.2 and clause 2006 of MoRTH Specifications complete as per drawing and approved Technical Specifications including mechanical transport within all leads and lifts. Item to include all labour, materials, tools, equipment, safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work to Specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe 500 of make TATA/SAIL) in substructure of bridge including bending, binding, strengthing of bars and cost of binding wire as per drawing and MORTH technical specification Clause 1600 and 2200 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing , furnishing and placing reinforced / Prestressed cement concrete design mix to obtain minimum compressive strength M-40 (M-Forty ) with minimum cement contents of 450 kg (four hundred fifty kilogram) per cubic metre in deck slab as per drawing and technical specification above 10 (ten) metre height by using batching plant transit mixer and concrete pump including cost of form work and curing complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana ,toll tax, goods servide tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government

Providing, supplying, fitting and placing in position HYSD bar reinforcement confirming to grade (Fe 500 of make TATA/SAIL) in super-structure elements of the bridge including cutting, straightening, bending, binding with mild steel annealed binding wire upto all heights of 18 SWG complete as per the Drawings and Specifications. Item to include all incidentals, labour, materials, equipment and works required to execute the job. The reinforcing bars shall be free of scale and rust before placing into position. Any reinforcement , which is certified as corroded by the Engineer-in-charge shall either be withdrawn from the site or sand blasted to make them free from rust at no extra cost as per Technical Specification as per drawing and MORTH technical specification Clause 1600 and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Construction of precast reinforced cement concrete railing of M-30 (M-thirty) grade in cast in situ with 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade, tolrence of vertical railing cement concrete post not to exceed 1 in 500 (one in five hundred), centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000mm (two thousand millimeters), leaving adquate space between vertical post for expansion, complete in superstructure as per approved drawings and MORD technical specifications Clause 800, 900 and 1208.3 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Drainage spouts in slab complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying of strip seal expansion joint, catering to right or skew (less than 20 degree modrately curved with maximum horizontal movement upto 50mm (fifty millimeter) complete as per approved drawing and standard specifications to be installed by the manufactures/ supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacture's instructions for installation and clause 2606 of MORTH specifications for road and bridge works and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

High tensile steel wires/strands including all accessories for stressing, stressing operations and grouting complete as per drawing and technical specification as per drawing and technical specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 kg to 1.00 kg (zero point seventy kilogram to one kilogram) per square meter using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 502 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg to 0.30 kg (zero point twenty five kilogram to zero point thirty kilogram) per square meter on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 503 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 12mm (ttwelve millimeter) thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the equirements given in Table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 9.5mm (nine point five millimeter) nominal size at the rate of 0.005cum per 10 sqm ( zero point zero zero five cubic meter per ten square meter) and at an appropriate spacing of 10cm (ten centimeter) center to centre in both directions, pressed into surface when the temprature of surfaces is not less than 100°C protruding 1mm to 4mm (one millimeter to four millemeter)over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 515.
