Spray Painting of HT & LT Panels at following Locations with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade, quality and brand after cleaning the surface including scrapping, cleaning and providing putty / Primer (only minor area) wherever required on the surface of panel, including providing masking by suitable means for all meter, relays & indication lamps before painting and cleaning of meters, relays & indication lamps after painting, if any as required and as per instructions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting of DG exhaust pipe support structure with two coats of aluminium paint of good quality and brand after cleaning the surface including scrapping, cleaning and providing putty / Primer (only minor area) wherever required on the surface of structure, and cleaning of surroundings after painting as required and as per instructions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting of 11kv outdoor HT DP structure with two coats of aluminium paint of good quality and brand after cleaning the surface including scrapping, green colour paint for earth strips, cleaning and providing putty / Primer (only minor area) wherever required on the surface of structure, and cleaning of surroundings after painting as required and as per instructions of Engineer-In-Charge. (Approx. area per Job = 325 Sq.ft)

Repairing of HT yard fencing with additional C channel supports of size 40x75 mm (02 nos), required excavation, making foundation for C channels with 1:3:8 Cement concrete, making required welding works, re arranging the weld mesh neatly, welding of L angle above the weld mesh for support purpose, painting with primer and silver paint wherever required, complete as required as per instructions of Engineer -in-Charge

Repairing of AB switches at AAI DP structure of HT yard including cleaning the contacts, lubricating, removing rust, replacing of HT blow out fuse holder on three phases, complete as required as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge

High quality printing of name plate stickers (mini 0.5 micron thick vinyl printed/cut, self adhesive type) of various sizes for identification purpose of each feeder, busbar chamber identifications, cable Alley identification, current flow indications, danger notice, and various other notices as per the requirement given by AAI and pasting them on the LT/HT panels complete as required.

Service and Reconditioning of 2500A C&S Make ACB Jaw contacts including cleaning, de greasing, carbon deposit removal, heat treatment, silver plating, and making spring tension back to original complete as required.
