Renovation/ Improvement works to the selected Muthialpet Primary Health Centre in the Union Territory of Puducherry for conversion in to Health and Wellness Centre by National Rural Health mission.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavation) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m - all kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:5:10 (1 cement:5coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Supplying at site : RCC standards post /struts/ rails/ pales of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) with wooden plugs or 6mm bar nibs, wherever required - (cost of earth works in excavation, concrete works to be paid separately)

Providing and fixing G.I.chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50 x 50 mm including strengthening with 2mm dia wire or nuts , bolts and washers as required complete - Made of G.I.wire of dia 4mm , PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5mm in required colour and shade

Steel work welded in built up section/ framed work including cutting hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In grating, frames, guard bar, ladder,railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade - Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litres/10 sqm complete including cost of priming coat.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions , i.e at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling , C.P.brass / stainless steel screws , all complete as per architectural drawings (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) - for fixed portion - anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions , i.e at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling , C.P.brass / stainless steel screws , all complete as per architectural drawings (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) - for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (fittings shall be paid for separately) - Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC15)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window , ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings ( cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) - with float glass panes of5.50 mm thickness

Providing and fixing 8mm thick pre-laminated bison board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 grade I type II in paneling fixed in aluminium doors, Windows shutters and partition frames with C.P brass/ stainless steel screws etc., complete as per architectural drawings prelaminated partcle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side three layer.

Providing and fixing ISI marked aluminium butt hinges anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc.complete : 125x63x4mm
