S&F coloured 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based trapezoid profile steel sheet having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, valley gutter or of similar type, fixed with self tapping screws alongwith bitumen washer complete all as specified and directed. Note- The measurement shall be carried out as in a plain sheet.

Providing and laying skid/non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floor etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tile colour over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (CM) 1:6, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Providing and laying skid/non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in Skriting/dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tile colour over 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (CM) 1:4, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L For Roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust including brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm etc., complete in all as specified and directed.
