Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.5 mtr in width and n.exc 1.5 metre in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soil and including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down of 20 mm dia bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting points complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up cast iron water mains (including all fittings) 80 mm bore, with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up cast iron water mains (including all fittings) 100 mm bore, with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up cast iron water mains (including all fittings) 80 mm bore, with flanged ends including disconnecting pipes and fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/taking out unserviceable/serviceable sluice valve/air release valve/non return valve/fire hydrant valve with stand post of any size by opening/cutting rusted nuts, bolts etc and fixing those which are serviceable in position after laying of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying ductite iron (DI) pressure pipe 100 mm bore with socket and spigot ends, class K-9, centrifugally cast, suitable for tighten joints with pressure technology including cement morter lining inside the pipe, as per IS-8329/2000 complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Electrosteel/TATA/Jindal. Note :- Joints shall be measured separately under relevant item.

S&F 80 mm dia Bronze Landing (Fire Hydrant) Valve Flanged single headed, Design Standard IS 5290, confirming to Type A specification, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber tyton joints, ISI marked suitable for 100mm dia spigot and socketed CI/DI pipes and fittings etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm bore run lead joint in wet/dry soil including removing existing lead from the fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of existing pipe water mains 100 mm bore in position and reducing to required length for insertion of new tees brenches etc complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for boaring drilling, threading and tapping on existing CI/GI mains for size 80 mm to 150 mm bore for connecting 20 mm bore pipe by fixing on clamp made out of MS flat iron of size 40 x 3 mm made to required shape & size with GI socket duly welded, nut & bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fittings DI/CI spigot and socked/ flanged ends pipes like bends (any type, radius and angle) increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) flanged tee pieces single branch 'Y' Junction double branch, cross collars caps and plugs, connecting pieces one end flanged and other end socketed or spigot and bell mouth pieces one end flanged other end tapering as bell mouth suitable for up to 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The weight of the fittings for the purpose of payment shall be actual weight of the fittings or as specified in IS code which ever is less.

Dismantling of existing valve pit and M&L for construction of masonry valve pit with the following specification :- (a) Excavation/earth work, returning filling, removal of surplus soil, brick work in CM (1:4) with sub class 'B' bricks, 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4), PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 in foundation, chamber of internal size 1200 x 1200 x 1200 mm,150mm thick copping on top in PCC (1:2:4), type C-1, 3mm thick MS sheet for cover, angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 5mm for frame all around with suitable handle with locking arrangement including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primed on MS work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of road, hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, suitable for soiling and morrum filling incl excavation for laying of pipe upto 100 mm dia and making good the road / hard standing by using all old materials and with PCC (1:2:4) etc required to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F water pressure gauge 0-14 kg rating 96 mm dia with AVR cock and brass adopter complete all as specified and directed.

Schedule of credit amount of Rs. 1,11,454.00 to be deducted during AOC.
