| 1 | Disconnecting electrical connection of split AC unit (2.0 TR capacity) from its stabilizer or distribution board, removing the front cover of the indoor unit and cleaning with pressure water and wire mesh/nylon brush without causing damage to the interior of the room, then refixing the cover including cleaning of the air filter. For the outdoor unit, removing the cover and protecting the condenser motor with polythene/plastic sheet to prevent ingress of water during cleaning, followed by application of cleaning solution and thorough cleaning of condenser coil with wire mesh/nylon brush. The scope also includes greasing of fan motor, checking of complete wiring of the AC unit, tightening of all electrical connections with thimbles, and reconnection of electrical connections with DBs/stabilizer as per site condition. Note: Spares required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately. This servicing shall be carried out at six-monthly intervals, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. | 70 | Job | - | - |
