Material and labour for preparing plastered or unplastered old surfaces of wall including brooming down or scrap down with steel wire brushes, existing treatment of surface can be prepeared by scrapping sand paper smoke soot, moulds, moss efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of cement based paint (any tint) on walls, upto the wall height 12.00 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old decorative surfaces or new plastered and Material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance asbper IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces at any height complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing plastered or unplastered old surfaces of wall including brooming down or scrap down with steel wire brushes, existing treatment of surface can be prepeared by scrapping sand paper, remove smoke soot, moulds, moss efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of white (lime) wash on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Sl Item No.05 above but applying one coat of white (Lime) wash on ceiling.

Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and material and labour for applying thin layer wall care putty and including applying two coats of oil bound distemper incl one coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for obliterating old writing of any description, not exceeding 0.1 sqm each, with one coat of synthetic enamel paint to match exisiting work, including writing building 'Numbers' with paint, complete all as specified and as directed.
