Laying and fixing Granite stone in all shades 15mm to 18mm thk. in skirting/dado,risers of steps, pillars and wall facing,laid in any pattern as specified over base of 12mm thk. Cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite including labour for fixing cramps pins and dowels etc. (ex-cluding the cost of granite stone)granite stone will be supplied by the department. Laying and fixing Granite stone in all shades 15mm to 18mm thick in flooring,laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone.(Excluding the cost of granite stone)granite stone will be supplied by the department(HSR 14.96)

Providing edge moulding to 17.20 mm thick Granite stone counters,vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-charge.(HSR.14.98 b) single Mouding

Distempering with washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) two coats excluding priming coat on new work. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Akzo nobel Dulux & Asian Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.57)

Providing two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Akzo nobel Dulux & Asian Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). [HSR 16.79 (b)].

Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty over plastered surface and grindling the surface smooth with sand paper to get an even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material, labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete. (Note:- reputed make Putty such as J.K./ Birla shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.81).

Steel reinforcement TMT Bar FE-500 EQR/ FE-500D grade or more for RCC work , whear no including in the complete rate of RCC including strengthening, bending , biding waste overlap, welded joints , spacebar chair, stays hangers and annealed steel wires etc. and placing in position complete in all respect for all height / depth, story/ basement etc. (HSR 18.22) Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks if any, separately for different Diameter as actually used in work, excluding overlaps, wastage, overlaps, copling, welded joint spacebar , chair, stay , hanger and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing shall be deamed to be included in the rates for reinforcement.

Providing and fixing in position H.C.I. grating 150mm x 150mm for gully trap including painting with black bitumastic superior paint of approved manufacture three coats. (HSR 30.86)

NS Items Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes,channels,plates etc. including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature(wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete,i/e fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel botls etc. of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge.( for payment purpose ony weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nots,bolts,fasteners etc.)(NS items )

Providing and Fixing of 6" x6" RCC Cornices in Ornamental Design. (NS)

Extra for filling of joints of Heat resistant tiles with superior quality Epoxy (Dubond make) instead of cement as per the manufacturer specification complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (NS)

Providing and laying the bricks in parapet in the particular shape. (NS)

Providing and fxing 300x300x10mm cool tiles full body vitrified tiles for roof insulation, 300 mm x 300 mm laid on 20 mm thick 1:3 cement coarse sand mortar over average 75 mm thick C.C 1:4:8 including two coats of bitumen laid hot at 1.65 Kg per sqm on top of RCC slab & cleaning of top surface complete. Bell orient, Pavit, Johnson,etc. (NS).

Providing and fixing cool tiles full body vitrified tiles for roof insulation in Skirting/dado, laid in any patterns specified over base12 mm thick 1:3 cement coarse sand mortar, Bell orient, pivot & Johnson.(NS).

Note 1:- In case of any difference in the unit & Nomenclature of any of the HSR items of civil, P.H. Work depicted in this DNIT and that given in HSR, the unit and nomenclature given in HSR shall be applicable. Note 2:- Only reputed make material will be used (make brand exhibited in HSR & exhibited in approved standard document as approved by Engineer in charge while executing various items/ work at site)
