Dismantling existing 33 KV HT MOCB three phase cycles 750 MVA, Amps switch gear unit 750 MVA Rupting capacity and depositing to AGE E/M Yard.

Dismantling existing CT, PT from sub station and depositing to AGE E/M Yard.

Dismantling existing 33/11 KV step down power transformer 3 phase, 50 cycle capacity 3.15 MVA and depositing to AGE E/M Yard.

Taking out existing conductor & supply and fixing single core AAAC conductor of size 100 sqmm including lugs and connecting accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, insatllation ,Testing and commissioning 3150 KVA power transformer, HT33 K V Secondary 11KV HT, 3 phase, 50 Hz, oil cooled, oil immersed double copper wound outdoor type step down transformer complete with first filling, filtered & dehydrated transformer oil of IS: 2026, ISI marked and other standard fittings / accessories and 17 position on load tap changer (oltc) (tapping range +5% to -15% in steps of 1.25% each) with remote tap cubical changer (rtcc) panel & automatic voltage regulator (avr) with vector group dyn-11 including provision of all necessary / standard fittings mainly comprising of:- a ) On load Tap changer b) Remote Tap cubical charger Panel c ) Automatic voltage regulater , d ) HV bare bushing,LV side cable box , e ) buchholz Relay ( having contact for Alarm & Trip), f ) OTI ( Having contact for Alarm & Trip) , g ) WTI ( having contact for alarm & trip) h ) Marshalling box ( Having TTB only) (k) Oil Level gauge. (s) Provision of 02 Nos of danger board 250x200mm size made out of 1.6 mm thick MS Plate, vitreous enameled white with letters, figures in marathi, Hindi and english of voltage and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour , one at HT side and other on LT side . Supply and fix HT 33 KV out door type gang operated air-break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulators 33 KV and with earth switch upto 200/400 Amps with all fittings and accessories mounted on and steel channel frame, GI operating rod 25 mm dia of suitable length to work from ground, including locking arrangements , suitable for 33000 volts, 400 Amps current rating complete including dismantling existing one all as specified and as directed.

M & L for replacement of SF6 copper Armed cable 12 core,2.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3 mm thick, buried vertically in ground (Each pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.50 M below normal ground level) connected to copper strip 20 x 3 mm, by means of bolts, nuts, and check nuts and washers etc encased in GI protection pipe 40 mm dia light grade pipe for protection of earth strip both to be provided to the extet of 7.5 meters, all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR - 2004 Part - I, GI protection pipe buried in ground, laid under floors / plinths or mixed on walls / pole etc or concealed in walls etc; with provision of mixture of charcoal dust and common salt packed upto minimum 150 mm all around the earth plate, including PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 earth pit with M.S angle iron frame, cast iron cover with locking arrangement, with GI 20 mm dia medium grade pipe and MS funnel with wire mesh for watering arrangement, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil / strata and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- i) Cost of copper strip 20 x 3 mm and protection pipe 40 mm dia is deemmed to be included in rate quoted ii) Excavation and returning filling of Soil any type is deemed to be included in rates.

Note :- Schedule of Credit of Amount Rs.22200.00 shall be deducted from total amount.
