Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement,mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Granite stone slab of colour black, Cherry/Ruby red a) Area of slab over 0.50 sqm.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Dismantling wooden flooring, removing and stacking dismentled wooden flooring within 50m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) upto 25 mm thickness

Providing and fixing skirting with Pre-laminated (one side decorative and other side balancing lamination) flat pressed 3 layer or graded particle board (medium density) Grade |, Type Il, IS :12823 marked, with necessary fixing arrangements and screws, including drilling necessary holes for rawl plugs etc. and priming coat on unexposed surface complete : a) 18mm thick

Providing and laying 8mm thick AC-4 High density fibre board laminated flooring in required shade of Pergo, Krono, Action tesa, vista & flortex make as per approved sample in the size of panel 1214mm (L) x 193mm (W) with density 900kg per/cum, double locking system with edge sealed with moltex wax laid over 2mm thick PU foam & 0.2mm thick PE sheet etc. complete as per manufacturer specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. a) 1.0 mm thick

Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls and partitions, excluding supporting members but including stacking within 50 metres lead : a) Thickness above 10 mm up to 25 mm

Providing and fixing Pre-laminated flat pressed 3 layer (medium density) particle board or graded wood particle board IS : 3087 marked, with one side decorative and other side balancing lamination Grade |, Type Il exterior grade 1S : 12823 marked, in shelves with screws and fittings wherever required, edges to be painted with polyurethane primer (fittings to be paid separately). a) 18 mm thick
