Providing and fixing Steel Gate in Entrance

Steel work welded in built up sections (TATA/ SAIL/ Apollo/ JSW Make ) in framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etcetra as required in gratings, door and window frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works complete upto all floor level including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm (at the rate of zero point nine zero litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm (at the rate of zero point eight zero litre per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture (ASAIN/NEROLAC/ICI-DULUX ) complete upto all floor level including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
