Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil loam, clay and sand lead upto 50 m & lift upto 1.50 m including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the plinth & removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by E/I upto a distance of 30 Mtr. Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for appron structional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the column pits wall trenches basement excavation top surface if plinth filling junction of wall and floor, along the external perimeter of binding expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduit etc. complete (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S. 6313 (part 1 1981) aldrine emulsifiable concentrate or any other app. Material such as Hepthachlor or Chlordance will be used.

Gravel packing in tubewell construction in accordance with IS: 4097, including providing gravel fine/ medium/ coarse, in required grading & sizes 1.6 mm to 4.8 mm from lal kua quarry and its stacking at site as per actual requirement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with 600 P.S.I. capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by "V" notchmethod or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, i/c disinfection of tubewell, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
