Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring any type including battens if any except for ceiling or where not feasible for light/ fan/bell,socket or power and including unscrewing from board, fitting and fixure such as switches,socket, ceiling rose,lamp holder,pendants, bracket and regulator etc and removing material from site including making good disturbed surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Aluminium sub main wiring including GI earth wire and making good disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surface roof,wall,floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two single core FR 4 Sqmm copper conductor PVC unsheathed cable medium grade including PVC conduit (appropriate size) concealed in wall for sub main connection including FR 4 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed copper conductor used as a earth wire to common earth and connection to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed all as specified.( Note :- Three runs of 4 sqmm copper conductor shall be measured as one unit length. ie Phase, Neutral, Earth)

M&L point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm multistranded PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor cable in and including surface caping and casing complete with 1.60 mm thick pressed steel concealed terminal boxes and with top cover 2.80 mm thick ISI marked plastic laminated hylum sheet of reqd colour fixed with brass screws and cup washers, painting terminal boxes inside and out side with one coat red oxide primer complete with all accessories and all as specified including FRLS 1.5 Sqm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly for following:- Note : (i) All wiring cable shall be multistranded FR copper conductor of approved make duly approved by accepting officer before incorporating. (ii) Colour code as per IS to be followed for wiring. (iii) Same size of conducor use in any type of wiring (Phase/Nutral/earth conductor shoud be same size.

One light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one switch .

One 5 Pin 5 Amp switch socket out let point on same board.

All as per item 4 here in before but for one 5 Amp 5 Pin switch socket out let independent with 2.5 Sqmm FR (Nominal Area) PVC unsheathed copper conductor single core multistranded complete all as specified.
