Construction of Circular Manhole Chamber of following inner dia, steining wall thickness and depth (cover slab bottom to invert level) as per drawing including necessary earth work excavation in all kinds of soils with stone dust refilling, Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One of cement, five of M Sand and ten of aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for a depth of 0.10m for foundation, RCC bottom raft slab for 0.15m depth, RCC circular side wall 0.20/0.23m thick, RCC cover slab for 0.15m thick using RCC 1:1.5:3 (One of cement, one & half of M Sand and three of aggregate) using 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly, channeling with PCC 1:1.5:3 (One of cement, one & half of M Sand and three of aggregate) using 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly, supplying & fixing of 600mm dia FRC Manhole Cover to suit 600 mm clear opening manhole frame and 600mm dia FRC Manhole Frame to have clear opening of 600mm dia to suit 600mm dia FRC cover, bedding and channeling including refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth and depositing the surplus earth with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift upto 2m as directed by the departmental engineers including finishing, curing, cost of all materials, labours, shoring, strutting and bailing out of water wherever necessary etc. complete (As per the type of design of manhole)

1.00m dia and 0.20m wall thickness: Below GL from 1.00m to 1.50m depth

1.20m dia and 0.20m wall thickness: Below GL from 1.50m to 2.00m depth

1.20m dia and 0.20m wall thickness: Below GL from 2.00m to 2.50m depth

1.20m dia and 0.20m wall thickness: Below GL from 2.50m to 3.00m depth

Supplying, laying and jointing of following dia of HDPE Pipes of IS 4984 / 2016 using PE 100, PN 6 grade raw material for sewer pipe line including necessary earth work excavation, jointing & laying the pipes to proper grade & alignment, testing the pipes with required pressure of water including cost of pipe, labour for jointing & laying the pipe, refilling the trench as before after the pipes are laid, all lead charges for conveyance of water for testing, dismantling the brick work and making dismantled portion good and as directed by the SIDCO Engineers including shoring, strutting, side shuttering with labour charges and bailing out water wherever necessary etc. complete. (The HDPE pipe should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.)

Supplying, fabricating and placing Reinforcement Steel of high yeild strength ribbed bar of various diameter and grade confirming to IS1786 of reinforced concrete work. The work including decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, fabricating and placing in position at all levels and floors including lead and lift according to drawings, specifications, etc complete. Supply and use of 18Gauge black annealed binding wire double fold to tie the bars in position, chairs pins, space bars, unauthorised laps which will not be measured separately neither for payment nor for reconsilation and providing precast cement / pvc cover blocks for main reinforcement to ensure specified cover and as directed. Steel and binding wire will be procured by the contractor at his own cost. (As per TNBP No. 30 & 86)

Colour Washing two coats over one coat of white washing with fine screened shell lime approved colour pigments gum conjee etc., The rate includes one base coat of white washing, two coats of colour washing and labour charges. (As per TNBP No. 64)

Restoration of trench cutting in BT Surface of size 2.00m x 1.20m including necessary earthwork excavation, Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One cement, five of M Sand and ten of coarse aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for a depth of 0.15m over stone dust filling upto a depth of 0.15m and finishing with Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One of cement, one & half of M Sand and three of coarse aggregate) using 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for a depth of 0.15m etc., complete and as directed by TANSIDCO Engineers with standard specifications.
