Dismantling of RCC fencing posts of any section embedded in concrete including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground including FI & MS bar if any for fixing chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old barbed wire of any description from RCC/Steel fencing post complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing of chain link or wire mesh with bracing bar of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F chain link fencing including line wires any mesh, size and type of standards rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanized, 2 strand , steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to fencing post including securing or tying at crossings with steel pins etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each line of wire shall be measured.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 mix (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast RCC 1:1.5:3 Type A-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in fencing posts, average cross sectional area exc 100 Sqcm and not exc 250 Sqcm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking and bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement of fencing posts, columns, plinth beams etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 9 here-in-before but 5 mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm dia MS TMT bars/FI of any size conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 fixed independently including hooking ends for fixing chain link fencing as in bearing bars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 6 to 12 mm dia, MS bolts (Machine made) of length exc 10 cm but not exc 15 cm with one washer & one nut complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water to receive new plaster including a coat of cement slurry complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 mix (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in coping of brick wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 mix (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, footings, beams, plinth beams, bases of column etc complete all as specified.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 mix (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns piers, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L form work to sides of concrete foundation, footing, bases, sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L form work to sides of RCC Columns and pillars etc for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS framed work such as grills, door or gates with ornamental intricate design gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes framed guard bars barred iron doors, ladders, railings & similar works conforming to Fe 290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as required, drilling holes, notching for wire etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar works confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling steel gate and refixing in same opening duly adjusting, welding, and straitening the bend portion and making serviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of steel and iron surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
