M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concreting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (design mix) M-30 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in footing, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc, basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (design mix) M-30 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for slabs supported on walls, beams and column in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Use & Waste Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide fair finished ,complete all as specified.

Mobilisation and demobilisation of men and materials to the site, field work by calyx upto the depth of 10mtrs or upto refusal strata where N valve is obtained more than 50/100, conducting penetration test at the change of layers and at specified intervals of 1mtr. The relative density of cohesionless layers and consistency of cohesion layers as obtained from N value will be furnished in the borelogs. The undisturbed soil samples to be collected at every 1 mtrs. Collecting both disturbed and undisturbed soil samples at change of layers and at specified intervals and performing relevant laboratory tests on the samples collected and submitting the report, which broadly include the scope of invstigaion, exploration technique, soil profile of borelogs, analysis of various laboratory tests, recommendation including the following: -

(i) Depth of bore holes taken upto 10mtr or N valve reaches 50/100. (ii) SPT value at every 1mtr intervals and change of strata. (iii) Grain size distribution and analysis. (iv) Soil characterstics. (v) Value of cohesion and angle of internal friction. (vi) Recommeded SBC at different depth of foundation i.e at 900mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1500mm & 1750mm etc. (vii) SBC and its calculation based on N-Value shear strength and settlement criteria. (viii) Depth of water table (maximum and minimum) (ix) Depth of expansive soil and its proprties, if any. (x) Recommendation of type of foundation for different structure including buildings for single double/ triple storied construction. (xi) Recommendation of filling under floors and filling under protection including plinth protection. (xii) Chemical analysis of soil and recommendation and type of cement to be used for RCC foundation details of soil profile and bore logs. (xiii) Any other recommendations.

Supply and fix colour powder coated (50 micron minimum thickness) aluminium section for sliding/fixed in frame/shutter for doors, windows, ventilators etc with one or more rebate, including joining cleats for fixing, fixed type/louvered window or ventilator with or without sash bars including necessary locking arrangements, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading, screws etc complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Jindal / Hindalco / Indalco Note :- (i) Glazing shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Item shall be paid as per weight of aluminium sections as per manufacturer catalogue. However the rate quoted shall be inclusive of the cost of neoprene beading, glazing pin, screws, appropriate handle, locking arrangement etc.

Supply & fix 4.80mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality in square exceeding 0.50Sqm each pane, fixed to Aluminium section complete all as specified.

S&F aluminium alloy wire cloth 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix 12mm thick prelaminated partical boand exterior grade laminated on both side with decorative choice lamination fixed to aluminium frame work for door panel shutter complete all as directed and specified.

S&F powder coated aluminium grill with and including suitable powder coated aluminium anodised frame F/H section as required manufactured by M/S Decogrill as per design No DG- 104, 7.5 mm thick all as specified and as directed.

M&L 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms, working table and like over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4), including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl moulding and rounding complete all as apecified and directed.

Material & labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 450 x 300 x 7mm thick but as on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado including 15mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4), complete all as specified.

Material & labour for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM (1:6), laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified.

Material & labour for Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortor 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by the weight of cement , surfaces to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified. [Note:-WPC shall be measured and paid separately].

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Material & labour Rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortor 1:3 on ceiling surfaces, surfaces to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Material & labour for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying 2 coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on 2mm thick interior wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and apply two coats of Acrylic emulsion exterior paint (all weather proof) of required shade over a coat of exterior primer, complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in cement Mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces as on roof finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing in repairs water proofing treatment with 3mm APP (Atactic polypropylene) modified polyester(bituminous) membrane reinforced of 3.5Kg/Sqm with non woven polyester mat of weight 160 gms/sqm as center core and without multiple layers of polyethylene, finished on top and bottom with 7 micron thick flammable polyethylene applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane, after applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm over roof (An overlap of 100mm and 150mm shall be provided on sides and ends respectively) and applying two coats of aluminium paint on APP sheet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild Steel Stairs (framed) including stringers, treades, landing, balusters, hand rails etc. in?cluding cleats, brackets, etc. complete

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, complete all as specified.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block having glossy finish shape and size as approved by GE confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade of with grey cement and pigments laid over and including 50 mm thick dry sand cushioning and voids filled with dry and surface compact, including compaction by means of surface vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames but exceeding 1.5 sqm each but n exc 4 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete roofs , floors (other than ground floors) beams, staircase, landing chajjas, columns and similar work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), below or above ground level complete all as specified.

Dismantling of structural steel work including ladder and gate, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth, cement concrete tiles, interocking paver block including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc. (other than spoil payable under items to a distance of 50 KM or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination as per directions of BMC, complete all as specified.

Dismantling of safety net/ bird proofing mesh of any thickness and size fixed with steel frame work including necessary scaffolding same scaffolding shall be utilized for installation/fabrication of bird netting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel galvanised PVC Coated wire netting to ceiling, dia of wire 2mm and size of mesh 25mm x 25mm fixed with 3mm dia GI Wire and cleat complete including tightening of wire netting etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old U/S DB and S & F in repair Distribution Board made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 43 & IK 09 protection surface mounting SP 8 way, 240 volts with bus bar rating 200 Amps, dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCB’s and isolators etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. [Note : The cost of removing old box and making good of surface i.e. brick work, plastering etc shall be included in quoted rate]

Taking down old U/S DB and S & F in repair vertical Distribution Board double door, prewired type, made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 54 protection surface mounting TPN 4 way, 440 volts with bus bar rating 200 Amps, dust and privision MCCB’s 63 Amp 01 No 16 KA fixed and wiring arrangement complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing GI vantilatted channel type cable tray single compartment of size 250 mm x 38 mm for carrying of LT cable of suitable size fixing on wall along with all necessary fixing accessories ( bracket, nut bolts, washer, fastner) all as spcified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing outdoor unit of split type AC 2 TR cap having 5 star rating complete with all accessories such as hermetically sealed compressor, condenser unit, capacitor, relays, fan motor, stand etc duly prewired including reconnecting of existing refrigerant piping, electrical connections, drain pipe etc and testing after taking out old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing indoor unit of split type AC 2.0 TR cap having 5 star rating complete with all accessories such as installation plate with screws, blower motor, swing motor, filter and PCB etc duly prewired including reconnecting of existing refrigerant piping, electrical connections, drain pipe etc and testing after taking out old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply fixing and clamping jointing copper tubing for suction line and for liquid discharge line duly insulated with suitable insulation material including making hole in wall for passing through and making good to the disturbed surface complete.

Supply and lay PVC pipe 20 mm dia heavy duty for drain out condensing water of split AC including cutting of floor / opening of hole in wall and making good after laying of pipe etc match the existing surface complete.
