Demolition of Unreinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness( below or above ground level) all as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floor, approns etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete block walling, brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for machine pressed pre-cast concrete interlocking coloured paver block of any size and shape onforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed pre-cast concrete interlocking coloured paver block of any size and shape onforming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for stone dust or sand base filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled, and blinded with earth and rammed including watering etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 25CmX25CmX22 mm thick, machine pressed (with grey cement & no pigments), set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15 mm thick bedding layers in CM 1:6 all as specified & directed by Engg-in-charge

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using (20 mm graded aggregate) as in kerbing all around of tile etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for provoding Cement concrete of 100mm thickness, type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) laid in flooring ( if required laid in alternate panels) including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks exc 10 cm width, type C-1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded aggregate and set in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and directed.

M & L for Walling of random rubble, masonary uncoursed, well bounded, bedded and solidly hearted built in Cement Mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent shape as required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-S complete all as specified and as directed

Framed work such as grills, gratings, sun shed etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or welded, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, farmed balastures, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old or previously treated surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete type C-2 , 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n. exc 50 m and deposited where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the base as in soil.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforcement) in ground floors exc 15 cm in thickness (above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : All the demolished material will be disposed off outside the MOD land).

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B-2 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate ) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement all as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as levelling course below tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick , set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments in floors all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken granite stone, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation tickness 50mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type-B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs etc complete all as specified and directed.
