Excavation in trenches as in hard / dense soil, not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of GI/CI pipe lines etc getting out including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, excavated soil including spreading leveling, watering, well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of excavated materials not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes :- Note: Excavation shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply and fixing in repairs of CI sluice valve with drilled flanged ends, stainless steel spindle with gun metal working parts with hand wheel, pressure type PN 1.0 including disconnection and removing the unserviceable sluice valves from the existing pipe line/valve chamber for the following sizes complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge :-

Supply and fixing of CI butterfly valve, heavy duty with necessary packing materials, nut/bolts & washers etc and removing the unserviceable butterfly valve from the existing pipe line/valve chamber for the following sizes complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge:-

M & L for dismantling the old valve pit chamber and M & L for construction valve chamber of size 1000x1000x1000 mm (internal size) with PCC block masonary in CM 1:6, over 150mm thick PCC foundation 1:3:6 type C2, 10 mm thick internal and 12 mm thick external plaster in CM 1:4 provided with 3.15mm thick MS sheet cover shall be opened in two halves angle iron 40X40X6mm alround and 40X40X6mm MS angle iron chamber frame fixed in 50mm thick coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with locking arrangement and handle. Painting of MS work with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel black paint complete including excavation & earth work in any type of strata complete all as shown on TD drawing No CEAA/TD/57 sheet No. 1.1 and all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Labour for road/path cutting for laying of GI/DI pipes upto required depth n. exc 1.5 mtr and n.exc 0.45 cm width complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for boring of holes 150mm dia under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cement concrete in road surfacing, filling and mass concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) for repairs to road cutting for laying of pipe lines/UG cables complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs of CI foot valve 80mm bore ISI marked with all fittings complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Upadhayay/Venus/Kartar

M&L for rectification of existing defective run lead joints including burning and removing the old defective lead joints and providing new lead joints with all required materials and testing the joints for leakages of the following pipes complete including excavation, returining and filling etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for attending to break down of 200 to 350mm dia DI pipe line bursting/cracks including necessary excavation, dewatering the water accumulated at site, removal of broken pipe pieces of various lengths through gas cutting/manual cutting as per site requirement including removing out the damaged DI pipe and inserting necessary DI specials such as collar, nipple etc as required at site and providing of new joints as required at site, clamping arrangements, PCC work as per existing specification including testing for the leakages pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for repairing of valve pit chamber of any size by taking down the old plaster and rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proof liquid in complete surface of valve pit and preparing of old steel surfaces and painting to MS cover with one coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint including removing debris/ sludge etc from valve chamber complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repairing of valve pit chamber of any size by taking down the old plaster and 10mm thick in 1:4 cement plaster in complete surface of valve pit and preparing of old steel surfaces and painting to MS cover with one coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint including removing debris/ sludge etc from valve chamber complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting green growth / vegetation growth for cleaning out the area by cutting up root, unwanted plants/bushes and removal the same to a distance not less than 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs saddle piece made out of MS flat iron of size 50 x 6mm duly welded with 25 to 50mm dia GI socket and 2 Nos nut/bolts of suitable size/length, necessary rubber packing for branch connections for the sizes of 80 to 150mm dia CI/DI mains complete including necessary earth work complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
