Hacking out old broken glass any thickness or size from wooden or metal frames glazed with putty or beads complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tile in vertical surface 350mm x 250mm x 7mm/ 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over backing coat 10mm thick cement mortar in 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper cable of FRLSH grade with one run of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable as earth continuity drawn in surface PVC casing caping not less than 20 mm width with pressed steel in concealed MS box duly including covered with 3 mm thick hylem sheets for mounting switches/ sockets, accessories such as spacers, saddles, junction boxes for one light/ fan point/ bell point/ 5 amp socket controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 37.00 above, but one socket outlet, three pin, 5/6 Amp on the same board with other switches complete.

Taking down carefully sub main wiring including batten/ conduit by unscrewing from wall, ceiling and making good surfaces to match with original status complete all as specified and directed.
