Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) exceeding 1.5 sqmtr but not exceeding 4 sq m each, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or lime plaster on walls /ceiling of any description from concrete or brick wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and disposing off the retrieved debris as directed including necessary scaffoldings etc complete all as specified and directed

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, kerbs, holdfast block, filling of MS chowkats and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for preparing of new wooden surfaces of any description , over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps,skirting,dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) including rubbing and polishing complete.
