Dismantling and Replacement of Existing Tensile Fabric Membrane for Inverted Conical Type Canopy at Fire Tender Parking Shed.

Providing services for dismantling, design, supply, fabrication, transportation, erection and commissioning of new tensile fabric membrane for Inverted Conical Structure (16.00 m × 20.00 m and height 6.00 m), including: Careful dismantling and removal of existing damaged tensile membrane, unclamping, lowering, stacking and disposal at designated location within premises, complete. Design, detailing and execution considering wind load, rain load, seismic forces as per relevant IS/BS codes, complete. Supplying, cutting, patterning, welding and installation of new PVC coated polyester fabric (1050 GSM) with PVDF top coating (both sides), UV resistant, fire retardant, anti-fungal and self-cleaning properties of approved make. Providing and fixing complete tensioning system including SS 316 fasteners, anchor bolts, edge cables, tie-down cables, base plates, aluminium/steel clamping profiles, EPDM gaskets, corner/stabilizing plates, perimeter cables, etc., as required for proper tensioning and durability. Hoisting, fixing, mechanical tensioning and shaping of membrane into inverted conical form with one fixed edge and three catenary edges, including integration with existing drainage system through columns, complete. Cleaning, surface preparation, spot repairs, application of zinc-rich epoxy primer and two coats of PU paint on existing MS structural members prior to membrane installation. Including all labour, materials, scaffolding, staging, working platformss, safety systems, and /or deployement of mechanical equipment like cherry picker /boom lift /hydra crane etc.
