Replacement of damaged U shaped tubes 22 Nos ( base tube 90:10 Cupro-Nickel,Fin- Copper,Tube OD/Tk= 12.7/1.016 mm) of 3 No. 4x11 Pit UGB Oil coolers assembling . Hydro Testing of 3 no. coolers at 8 Kg/sq.cm (for 1/2 hours minimum) and all tubes indivisually under supervision of HPSEBL Officials at Bhaba Power House including all the testing equipments required . Providing of Ms studs with Nuts M18 Pitch 2.5mm (one end), M16 pitch 2mm ( Second end),10.9 grade. = 25 N0 , M16 Pitch 2mm (both end), 10.9 grade. = 30 NO , M12 Pitch 1.75mm (both end)10.9 grade.= 50 NO, M14 Pitch 2mm (one end), M12 pitch 1.75 mm ( Second end),10.9 grade.= 25 NO . Fabrication and providing of Ms Nuts & Bolts with washer ( Full Thread ) M 12 x 35 mm, 10.9 Grade. = 100 No ,M 12 x 45 mm, 10.9 Grade. = 100 No . Fabrication Providind and fixing of one number Cast Steel globe valve Specifications:- * DN = 25mm with flange * Flange outer diameter = 114 mm * PCD = 85 mm * Number of bolts = 4 * Bolt hole diameter = 14mm PN 40 class Complete in all respect. Note :- The scope of this work includes the provision of labour, tools, plants, material and performance of work necessary for dismantling of Existing old ac plant system and the design, manufacture, quality assurance, quality control, shop assembly, shop testing, delivery at site, site storage and preservation, installation, commissioning, performance testing, acceptance testing, , as per specification hereunder complete with all accessories and warranting trouble free safe operation of the installation. Note :- All other extra consumable material required for the job if any, same will be in the scope of the contractor without any extra cost.  Transportation / Carriage of all parts shall be in scope of contractor/firm.  The Contractor shall provide all the required equipment, services, accessories & material required for the completion of the job as per site requirement whether explicitly mentioned in these specifications or not to fulfil the intent of the specification and to ensure the completeness, operation and maintainability of the system at no extra cost to the Employer.  Contractor will be responsible for any fatal/non-fatal accident during the work. Completion of job in all respect as per directions of Engineer In-Charge.
