Supply, fabrications, installing, testing and commissioning of trolley suitable for 500kVA transformer with following fittings/accessories:- (i) Trolley mounting system (ii) The complete unit of Transformer should be mounted on a mobile trolley suitable for max speed of 15Km/hr (iii) Trolley should be mounted on four solid rubber tyres(with one spare wheel addition) and turning radius of trolley shall be suitable for roads (iv) TOW bar shall be provided at front and hook on rear side shall be provided. (v)m Trolley shall be minimum ground clearance of 250mm (vi)All vibrating components should be mounted on anti vibrating pads/mounts (vii) Mud guards at rear, front and side reflectors are also required in the trolley (viii) exposed surface of trolley shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxide primer as per colour code (ix)Aluminium ladder to be fitted on trolley, the ladder shall be sliding type and fitted below the base platform and shall be non removable. (b) Space heater with ON/ OFF switch 10A, 230V AC. (c) Emergency trip push bottom - 01 (d) Cubicle illumination lamp with holder - 01 (e) Door limit switch, 230V AC. Note for Item No 13:- (a) All Joints should be joined by tight nut/bolts. (b) After completion of work earthing shall be tested by the contractor in presence of JE/ Engineer-in-Charge, User and proper record shall be maintained duly signed by all concerned. (c) Earth resistance tester shall be provided by the contractor. It should be calibrated from authorised company/ lab. (d) After testing if desired earth resistance of less than 5 Ohm is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to Govt till desired result is obtained.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth for foundation, laying of poles, in trenches for laying cable and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Riddling Sand, obtained from excavation, for cable protection and filling 8cm thick under the cable and 15cm athick bove the cable in trench to get the thick layer of 18cm after ramming complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV Type 1, flat size 300mm x 180 mm x 40 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commisioning, factory assembled silent diesel engine driven generator set, fully wired alternator AC to give an output of 400 KVA after de-rating factor, continuously rating at a power factor 0.8 lagging,3-ph,4 wire,415 volts 50hz supply,1500rpm directly coupled with diesel engine liquid cooled mounted on common base frame on Trolley with adequate capacity of fuel tank with fuel inline and accessories, fixing and aligning on trolley with vibration pads,conrol panel and other accessories etc and comprising of following:- (i)Diesel Engine:- Liquid cooled turbo charged with after cooler to deliver suitable BHP after derating factor at 1500rpm under NTP conditions as per latest IS/SO with an overload capacity of 10% more for one hour in any 12hours continous operation with following accessories :- Diesel engine of rated speed at full load electric start developing system with radiator, including electronic governor with latest class as per IS, engine control panel, lub oil pumping, water pumping (by gravity or external arrangement as recommended by OEM) , fuel tank exhaust piping with silencer and suitable electric start with batteries of adequate capacity and rating of alternator of specified capacity complete with direct /flexible coupling and coupling guard complete.

(a) Radiator with blower fan or heat exchanger with guard. (b) Pipe coupling for engine cooling system piping. (c') corrosion inhibitor coolant. (d) All type of filters as required and recommended by OEM (e') Fly wheel housing and fly wheel to be suit to the alternator (f) Shut off coil with safeties for LLOP/HWT/over speed. (g) Engine bearing mechanism in fly wheel housing. (h) Dry type air cleaners and vacuum indicators, silencers (k) exhaust flexible bellows, . (l) Battery charging alternator/DC dynamo. (m) First fill of oil, coolant and diesel during commissioning of and 12 hours testing. (n) inter connecting all cables of adequate capacity batteries control and all pipelines. (o) Self starter 24 volts DC or as recommended by OEM of DG set. (p) Electric operated electronic governor with latest class as per IS. (ii) Fuel tank: Adequate storage capacity fuel tank with mounting brackets factory made of 5mm thick HR/MS sheet with level indicator fuel inlet ,outlet, airvent, drain plug etc complete all as specified.
