Providing and fixing retro-reflective regulatory signboard made of 2.0 mm thick aluminium sheet, fully covered on both sides with high-intensity encapsulated lens-type retro-reflective sheet. The letters (write-ups on both sides), symbols, borders, etc., will have the required colour scheme on the board, as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, and will be of high-intensity Grade A, pasted on the substrate with pressure-sensitive adhesive backing. The aluminium sheet will be riveted or fixed with nuts and bolts to a Stainless Steel (Grade 304) frame made of hollow tubes of 25mm diameter, with dimensions L x B {750mm (including arrow indicator) x 300mm}, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing, and making curvature wherever required. The board will be fixed to 02 No’s vertical posts of 50mm diameter Stainless Steel (Grade 304) made of hollow tubes, each 1.80 meters long above ground level, duly strengthened by 25x5mm MS flat iron on edges on the back, firmly fixed to the ground by means of a properly designed foundation with M-15 grade 450mm x 450mm x 900mm, 600mm below ground level, as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
