PART A: ELECTRICAL (Item No:1 to 42) :- Supplying, Installation, Testing & Successful Commissioning of 5 Watts, LED Batten Light (light colour as per choice of Engineer-Incharge), ready to use, complete with internal wiring, to fix with required length of any standard make rated 3 core copper wire, with suitable hardwares etc., to fix on wall surface / ceiling / cubical as per site requirement; to work with 230V Single Phase, 50Hz AC Supply. Supplying, Testing and Successful Commissioning of 4 Core x 50.0 sq. mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium armoured conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. Supplying, Laying and Termination of 3.5 Core X 25.0 Sq. Mm Armoured Copper Conductor LT Cable in Surface / Recess with medium class suitable size PVC conduit as required. Make for Cable & Pipe: Same as Item No: 2. Note: All start & end point of the wires are to be terminated with "Cu" Lugs of suitable type and size.

Supplying, Installation, Testing & Successful Commissioning of 8 Modular PVC Base & Cover Plate in cubicles using suitable hardwares etc., as per directions of Engineer In-Charge and consisting of following Modular items a) 5/6 Amp Switch - 3 Nos; b) 3 Pin 5/6 Amp Socket Outlet - 2 Nos; c) 10 Amps, SP, "C" Curve, 10kA, 230V Mini MCB - 1 No. and 15 Amps 3 Pin Plug Top - 1 No with 3 Meters of 2.5 sq.mm 3 Core Copper Wire. Supply, Installation, Testing and Successful Commissioning of MCB Distribution Box of size 8" (W) x 8" (H) x 8" (D) made out 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure, painted with 2 coats of primer & 2 coats of Siemens Gray colour paint, suitable for 230V / 440V, AC to fix on surface / recess. The DB shall consist of Din Rail to fix 1 x 40Amps 2 Pole RCCB having a sensitivity current 30mA, 1 x 32 Amps 2 Pole MCB, "C" Curve, 10kA Breaking Capacity, 2 nos of blank plates and respective colour LED Indicator for the output tapped from R / Y / B Phase. The output from the RCCB to be connected to the MCB as Input with 6.0 sq.mm single core copper wires (Red & Black), duly terminated with copper lugs. The incoming earth wire from the mains should be terminated to the earth bolt / bar in the box with lugs. Make: Please refer Special Electrical Conditions under Tender Document File. Single Door IP55 Indoor MCCB Box of size 12" (W) x 24" (H) x 12" (D) made out of 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure, painted with two coats of red oxide & two coats of enamel paint siemens gray colour and consisting of 1 No of 250A, 36KA Range 4P MCCB and 4 x 250A capacity Copper Bus-Bars for R,Y,B & N. The Bus-Bars should have minimum 4 sets of holes to connect Copper Cables / Wires of size from 10.0 sq.mm to 25.0 sq.mm. The Box should have provision for mounting on the wall with required hardware arrangements, locking arrangements for door, RYB LED Indicating Lamps, 2 nos of earth bolts on either side of the box, 3 numbers of removable plate at the top of the box for Cable/Wire entry, any fire proof sheet to cover the bus-bars, water proof vents on both the sides covered with wire mesh from inside to avoid entry of any insects entering inside the box. Single Door IP55 Indoor MCCB Box of size 36" (W) x 48" (H) x 20" (D) made out of 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure, painted with two coats of red oxide & two coats of enamel paint siemens gray colour and consisting of 1 x 100A, 440V AC 4 Pole Change Over Switch, 1 x 100A, 440V, 30kA, 4 Pole MCCB and 10 x 40A, 2P RCCB, 230V AC with 30mA Sensitivity. The output from the COS to be connected to 100 Amps MCCB as Input rated Copper Cable. The output from the MCCB shall be connected to the 40A RCCBs through rated Copper FRLS / HFFR Multistrand Flexible Wires, neatly dressed. The Box should have provision for mounting on the wall with required hardware arrangements, locking arrangements for Door, 2 x RYB LED Indicating Lamps, 2 nos of earth bolts on either side of the box, 2 numbers of removable plate at both top & bottom of the box for Cable / Wire entry, 6" x 6" water proof vents on both the sides covered with wire mesh from inside. To connect 3.5 Core X 25 sq. mm Armoured Copper Conductor LT Cable as input to the COS using suitable type copper lugs. Make: Same as Item No:8.
